I appreciated how clean the facility was and had a spacious and inviting lobby/sitting area. Our room was also clean and spacious and had all the important amenities; coffee machine, fridge, microwave and hair dryer. They offered all the necessary toiletries esp great quality shampoo that had such a refreshing fragrance. It was so nice to have complimentary breakfast every day with a good variety of items. I only wish coffee was available 24/7 for those late or sleepless nights. And only other complaint was the sliding door to bathroom. It kept getting stuck on carpet. I called front desk to have it fixed the next day but when we got back from our day in the city, it still hadn’t gotten fixed. Oh well. The other features outweighed the minor inconveniences. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Hampton. It was comfortable, offered a number of much appreciated conveniences and helped to make it a very pleasant vacation. I’d def stay there again.

The room we were given was a handicap room. While I don’t mind that, this room had oddly placed furniture. You had to break your neck to watch TV. We were facing the highway. The noise was endless. And the last thing that was annoying was the constant smell of weed. It couldn’t be escaped. We have stayed here before and didn’t have any issues. If we stay here again, we will ask for a room that isn’t facing the highway and not an handicap room. There aren’t many choices for hotels in the area. This one is one of three that we have stayed at so there aren’t many options.

DO NOT USE HOTELS .COM OR STAY IN THIS HOTEL

This was a horrible stay and worse service from hotels.com I had to check out one day early because someone was knocking on my door all night and my room and the surrounding area reeked of marijuana. I had to check out one day early. I was willing to forgive all parties provided that the last night of my stay refunded since I did not stay there. However hotels.com refused to refund the last night of my stay and the hotel stated that I did not check out one day early. I have a receipt to prove this, not to mention that this is on security cameras. I will never use hotels.com again and will not recommend them to anyone since they were unable to rectify this very resolvable issue. I'd appreciate it if someone would contact me about this issue
