Every time I stay at this property you pay more for less. they take away each time more and more of the little things you come to expect at a hotel. i.e.: no pen or paper in the room, a reservation 24 hours in advance is needed to clean the room and replace basic items. The Hilton accross the lot is not much better.

All the furniture by the reception are dirty, worst check up, they try to open my room many times, It was scary, they told me that my room supposed to be empty, I was not in the system, no privacy, I never feel safe, never feel welcome, no apologize, great deception.
For the price daily room cleaning and refreshment should be stndard. They nickel and dime you . Everytime i stay here or at the Hiton next door they get worse. They cant even supply decent toilet paper. They have the Ho Hotel stuff. Very uncomfortable.

Everything was Great!
Pretty basic hotel. Toilet needed fixing and you can tell they scrape by with the minimum amount of maintenance possible. Don't think the mini fridge actually worked even though it was on coldest setting. Microwave wasn't even plugged in. Breakfast was fantastic with full hot meals and all the basics and staff was excellent. Despite the negatives, it was worth the stay since we didn't need to be in the hotel room for much during our shorter trip.
