I booked this Marriott because of consistently good past experiences, but this stay was a major disappointment. The room felt more like a Motel 6. The air conditioner did not work and made an extremely loud noise. Instead of fixing the issue, I was given a dusty fan, which was unacceptable since I have allergies. The room remained very hot, and after driving over six hours, we were unable to get any sleep. This was clearly a maintenance issue and not the fault of the front desk staff, who were polite but limited in what they could do.
