Staff was very rude
First night the toilet paper wouldn't flush and air conditioner didn't work. Called front desk who asked us to come get a plunger. The suggested removing the batteries from the thermostat didn't work. I don't think paying $200 a night to use a plunger th fix the toilet and no air conditioner meets my expectations. The next day a service man did come to fix the air conditioner. He was very personable and apologetic about the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the tone was alredy set by the front desk the night before.
Nice property, friendly staff. Overpriced ala cart breakfast. (Each item priced separately added up to considerably more than meals at other Courtyard restaurants) and limited availability. For a sold-out hotel, there is no reason for the lack of a normal menu. People still need to eat!
Hotel is at an excellent price, and the room was very clean. It was a quiet property compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in the area. The area is safe, and you are a quick Uber ride from anywhere you want to go. I always stay here when I have to work in the area.
"The water pressure was terrible and the shower water didn't get hot"
The property is located in an area that's within walking distance of a variety of places to dine-in or pick up a wide range of food to eat. As well as a mall that's very convenient for shopping.
Staff was attentive and friendly. Made check-in and check-out quick and painless.
The indoor heated pool is by far the best feature of this hotel. The staff was extremely nice and courteous which was an added bonus.
:) love my stay here everytime bei clean arms well organized
The customer service was impeccable. Guest services was knowledgeable and answered each of my question.
They jacked the room price up to $500 per night for Sun and Monday night due to the football game in New Orleans. The facilities and staff were very good, but management is guilty of “Price Gouging”!!
When I arrived, I learned that the hotel had over booked an that they had given away the two rooms I reserved. This happened to a lot of people and they were trying to find alternative hotels for the customers whose rooms they had given away. Some of the suggested hotels were far away and some of the room sizes were not what people had originally reserved. I was fortunate that they were able figure out a way to give me 2 rooms at the hotel. However, the rooms were on the 2nd and 3rd floors and the elevators did not work!!!! The staff was very nice and the hotel and rooms were nice. It was just a huge inconvenience to wait while they tried to figure out what to do with the customers who had reserved rooms that they gave away on a first come first serve basis regardless of reservations. Having to walk up and down the multiple flights of stairs was also a huge inconvenience especially when I had to carry 10 month old twin babies up and down the stairs.
Our reservation was canceled because they had a fire and were closed. Your company did not inform us and neither did Marriott. We showed up in New Orleans without a hotel! Unacceptable
Spacious and clean room. Liked location. Adequate parking.
Few issues....overpriced.....faucet broke....called for manager no reply........no services for assistance....maid body order in toom.......no. complimentary breakfast coffee...... ..
