Room were very clean but this was our second time staying at this Best Western Plus and my husband and I felt the employee over the restaurant area who’s making sure the food is out really made us uncomfortable she was rude to us

The room was clean. The elevator to the 3rd floor needs a lot of work. Also, I requested an early check-in and was charged $25. Yet, upon arrival I was asked to take a seat that there were 3 people ahead of me and the front desk clerk was waiting on a room list from housekeeping. I would like to know how to get my $25 refund.
