The staff were super nice. The room was nice , the bed was very comfortable. If you have your own car its worth it, unfortunately we did not, so we only stayed one of the 6 nights. Moved closer to downtown.
I liked the cottage style courtyard pool/jacuzzi area AND your maintenance man Mike is awesome!!! He is an asset to the hotel, he versus the front desk girl help make our stay better. BUT the unprofessionalism lil girl running the front desk(Ashley) seemed irritated that my key card would not work after several attempts to reset it, I finally insisted on a new set for me and my husband. I reported to the front desk to Ashley that the AC was not working she notified me that she will get someone there no one never showed I seen the maintenance guy Mike he came in and immediately replaced the old AC with a new A/C unit otherwise our stay would have been unbearable and forced to leave to search for a better hotel during our vacation. Let's just say Mike the maintenance guy is my hero he saved my stay at your hotel with that being said it wasn't too bad of a visit and again I did enjoy the ambience of the courtyard. P.s. I will not come back to your hotel only because of the front desk girls that are representing you were not pleasant at all we arrived there at 10 o'clock had to wait 5 hours for our room because of no Early check in time was at 3 o'clock so I went to New Orleans with the understanding from the front desk that I would be called when the room was available I never received the call the front desk girl told me I guess someone dropped the ball cause your room was ready that was just not cool because it was hot and we were stuck in the clothes we had on fr

Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The property was well kept. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. The fresh yogurt with toppings was great. The room was clean and was nice to have a sitting area. The location was perfect to travel into New Orleans.

This hotel is very nice check in and check out were quick and the staff was friendly and attentive. The hot breakfast had a wide selection of eggs, pancakes sausages, potatoes etc plus juice and coffee. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful would definitely stay here again. Oh and the jaccuzi was definitely a plus.
