Mr R Very Satisfied Guest The hotel staff overall was professional and nice.Very clean and quiet hotel. Not too busy nor alot of traffic within.I left a couple items in the room after check out and the front desk clerk didnt hesitate to take my information and got my belongings shipped out to me right . Great comfortable stay no issues.
The rooms are not cold. The water is not hot. The floors and bathroom are dirty and gross. The toilet moves around. Beds hard. Pillows are a joke. I only stayed here because it was the only thing available and they should be ashamed for the price I paid for this room
I am passing by Neworleans for my Dallas to Biloxi trip , I am looking for place to stay over night , I call so many hotels but I guess nowadays no one interested help to help old people. But I see great service & great kindness of this hotel staff , they not guide me to reach location but it was a rainy night & staff members put my luggage begs in my rooms without asking them to do so, great service, god bless you all.
I stay there with my family & friends with spring break holiday, must stay new renovation works great 👍 as we have 4 rooms they take care us very well , staff was great & friendly, they top of it all you want . We enjoy thx
The room is no AC, and the floor is dirty They work like a thief They said they will refund money for me if I check out early one day But they just gave me the receiving pay per with no refund So bad bad bad.
I was confused with recent reviews on line they have but believe me they have great service & nice clean rooms with cleanest bathtub I ever see in my whole life hotel stay. When I checkinn to hotel it’s crowded because of in front they have great see food restaurant , I thought I made mistake for my 3 days weekend but when I checkinn to rooms I am amesed they have nice clean & newly renovated rooms, I don’t care about rest I love it & think , in New Orleans with $70 —$90 range you can’t find better hotel than this near by downtown, easy in & out , don’t go with some negative reviews for picky people , just give a stay shot you will not regret.
We picked this hotel because of the price and being pet-friendly. The positives stopped there. The room, supposedly newly renovated was very disgusting, paint splattered every where. Not a single well-hung door. We could see light around the whole thing. Our toilet seat was broken, we had exposed wires on outlets, lights didn’t work, our ac quit working. We found blood stains on our bed comforter. No place to take our dogs to use the bathroom. Very loud people in the parking lot at all times of the day and night. We will drive by next time.
Do Not, repeat, DO NOT stay here. It may say “ newly remodeled,” but maybe only 1/4 has been done. The “remodeled” rooms are spartan, sheets are coarse, blankets are thin, air conditioning barely working; the area is extremely noisy, cleaning people peeking in your window. You could not pay me to stay here again. Coffee is n lobby but only until 10:00. Instead of remodeling this place, they should have torn it down.
To start, this hotel used to be an older Motel 6, and the rooms have been updated to look like Red Roof rooms. But, the condition of the property is terrible. It sits directly behind a very busy, popular, roadside Crawfish Boil restaurant. So, the back end of the restaurant, including the trash (think discarded crawfish smell) is right in front of the hotel. I stay at Red Roof because I travel with pets. There is zero greenspace at this one. The young guy at the front desk who checked me in, said, "just let them go anywhere and the grounds keeper will pick it up, that's what they get paid for". I had to take my dogs two doors down, next to the Burger King, to find some green space. I was there for an event, and had to be up early and got no sleep. Very noisy with people in the parking lot coming and going, and the people next door were banging on that door for someone to let them in, late at night, and then at 5 am. I didn't feel safe here, and that's a huge concern. The morning staff was friendly, and told me to report it immediately next time. This hotel is also in a rather risky neighborhood.
Ohh 😲 Boy . It’s not MOTEL6 any more it’s new looking rooms all new furniture & lobby , all rooms remodeled wow , we visited this place open as redroof inn from jan2019 must visit this place all new rooms 👍
