The Poolside has decks facing north, south, east and west with views of the harbor. The bedroom (queen) has a 4-seasons addition which enables owner to lie in bed and watch the stars and the waterfall effect of rain. Sliding glass doors from the bedroom open to a private deck.

The Moorings is for those who desire a comfortable, quiet place along the coast. It offers completely renovated and private units in historic homes along the Maine coast with harbor and ocean views.

The Moorings is only a 2-minute walk to REILLY'S STORE with fine meats, fish and produce, a full line of groceries, deli, newspapers, full liquors, excellent wines and beers, fresh bread and muffins, movie rentals.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Pictures don’t match

Owner says she reduced the price to account for the property condition but is would have preferred having all the information before I decided to stay. Anniversaries only come once per year and commitment to this property was a big mistake. Oh. The internet worked well.

Well-located for all the best Maine experiences (white beach/services at Pemaquid Beach State Park; puffin watching or ferry to Monhegan from New Harbor, stunning lighthouse & rock formations just 4,miles away), good dining options within 2-5 miles. Great setup for multi-gen families as most units have multiple bedrooms & kitchens. Gorgeous landscaping and beautifully maintained buildings. Loved the onsite pool and hot tub.
