Here for one night a business. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so because the property is well-maintained and the staff is kind and courteous. For this price point, it is a good value.

This place was a pleasant surprise. Rooms are fine, beds quite good, and it was quiet. Considering that if you need to be in N. Hampton and fancier hotels are at least 20 miles away, this is a great choice.
Very nice motel with large indoor pool and good breakfast
Our room had glass doors to the party room and I was told by staff that noone was to be in there yet the let guest go I. And eat supper, drink and party loudly even after I combined. Final u asked to have it shut down at 10pm. We were not told when I made these or when I called to change them that the room had glass door to it party room so no privacy. Stupid layout.

Hotel met our expectations. Will recommend to friends. The only negative: We had a room on 2nd floor and without an elevator a problem getting large luggage to our room.
