The property is very comfortable with four bedrooms and bathrooms. It is so close to our son and his family and we like the neighborhood. Very easy to communicate with the host. We would stay here again.

Kitchen was very nice, bedding was very nice.. Fans were covered in dust Had hugh problems with TVs.. Our visit was to enjoy our time together at the codo.. TV in main living area didn't function.. They replaced it the next day so we missed .. Wasted ... a full day doing what we came there for. we also wanted to use the roof top deck and we were unable to use due to the cushions being water soaked and there was only a small night type light on the wall which was not enough to see a foot in front of you..

Overall impression was good! Wasn’t really convenient to go in and out the house through the garage due to not getting a code for the front door. Living room furniture was not what was advertised and online, but overall my stay was really good the family enjoyed it! Property manager was very engaged when I reached out to communicate. Thank you!

Perfect home for a large group

We loved the bedrooms and private bathrooms. The kitchen setup is amazing and the bottle of wine was such a nice touch. Cant wait to book with you again.

Would not recommend

Condo was so dirty especially considering how high the cleaning fee is. There were no cleaning supplies to clean up the what the house cleaners didn’t or to clean up our own messes. Microwave fan kept coming on and would not shut off Mold in bathroom upstairs bathroom Leak in ceiling bathroom (which could be leading to electrical issues. Water damage floors in kitchen No hot water in 2 of the bathrooms Lights on fans turn on randomly in middle of night Broken freezer shelf Terrible parking Internet not working We have been to other rental companies before and had plenty of laundry, dish soap, have soap not just hotel size things. Was told there was a leak in bathroom day of arrival, and to let them know when we could have a contractor out. We were there for a softball tournament so we were not comfortable having someone in the home with all of our stuff and no one there. They refuse to fix the problem and refused to give us any type of solution other than leaving the premises when we had no other options because everywhere was booked solid due to the softball tournament in town. My daughter ended up in the hospital at the end of the week, to find out my daughter may have asthma and the mold could have triggered it. We will never use VRBO again will stick with Other reputable companies !

Well appointed and comfortable!

The hosts were fantastic and very accommodating for early arrival, including a welcome gift which we enjoyed immensely. The area was 100% safe, although not walkable to anything, easy to get Uber or Lyft within minutes to anywhere you wanted to go. Host was very kind to communicate quickly as there was major power outage when we arrived. Only challenge during the week was the two double beds in the master room, feel like it would fit two queen beds comfortably and would have loved an umbrella on the roof top to use during the heat of the day. Highly recommend staying here!

29th Birthday Celebration

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home very clean comfy beds nice roof top thanks again easy check in easy check out !!! Only thing I would limit is the chores due to the high cleaning fee we paid to have to take out trash load dish washer and everything else ! Thanks Again

Nashville Fun

We had a group of family and friends join us on our trip to Nashville to celebrate my son’s birthday. The condo we rented, H16, was perfect for our group. The location was close to all of our needs. The condo was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We are already talking about coming back for another stay.

I enjoyed my stay over NYE. Location was close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of everything. The sky view is real! The house is nice could use a little more furniture but comfortable.

Excellent stay for our group of 10. Property manager was very responsive and property was as described! Lots of room, comfy beds and not far from downtown (10 min drive).

Great condo

The condo we stayed at was very nice! When we first got in, the door code needed to be reset, however someone happened to be at the property to help without having to call and wait. The floors were very dirty and left the bottoms of our feet black when we walked around inside barefoot, however the rest of the apartment was clean and organized. The surrounding area had home with windows that were boarded up, however the actual area with the condos was kept up very nice and maintained well. I did get a package delivered while we were there as a party favor for the bachelorette trip. I was told by iTrips to assume it was stolen; I did see a mailbox on the property, but was told that the owner lives in South Carolina and there is no way to get access to the mailbox, which is unfortunate. I wouldn't recommend getting anything shipped to the property - USPS said it delivered around 2pm and by 4pm when we returned, it was gone. All in all the property was a great fit for what we needed! Our party of 10 people fit comfortably and had a great time.

The house was nice

The rooms needed tvs! The kitchen needed more supplies. This fell short a little. The neighborhood wasn’t bad but parking was horrible. The annoying part want others yelling on the rooftops and making all the noise outside all night long. I think one night was till 2 am. The one right next to us uses the garage as a hangout. They had pool and games. Which kept the volume up all night. If you want to stay up all night stay here. If your with kids I’d say not to.

Extremely filthy property-dissappointed

We researched high and low to find something for our family vacay and decided upon this place. The positives were that it was close to downtown and plenty of sleeping space. The negatives were that the place was so filthy. There was hair on floor, bathroom scum in showers, marks all over the walls, bed bugs and had not been mopped. We had to wear shoes inside the whole time or our feet were black, It states to reach out if want cleaned but this place needed an 8 hour or more cleaning job. The patio looked like in pics had nice outdoor lights and the unit we got had no lights at all. The second level bathroom shower was cold and we did reach out and they sent someone right over. I do not know how they feel comfortable renting this place for the amount and advertising as clean. Lastly the neighborhood had nothing close like bars or restaurants that you could walk to as in a run down neighborhood they are clearly trying to revamp. This trip was a christmas gift surprise for our adult children and their spouses so was bummed.
