Airport shuttle was nice but that doesn't make up for the oldest room I've seen in real life. It was straight out of an 80s movie. No outlets near the bed, had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Went to the buffet for dinner, host was very standoffish but food was decent and the rest of the staff i interacted with were very nice.

The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay.

Great budget hotel for sleep ins with affordable rates. They have shuttle service to malls and airport. The shuttle to malls are on time. However, for pick up from airport to hotel is more than an hour wait. Need to ask specific questions about hot springs as they operate during specific hours. Overall, good place for quick stopover

We did have an issue with the room which was in the older building but it was resolved with a new room in the newer building. The distance to the city center was far but overall it was a nice place to stay.

I loved it here, but I stayed on the 9th floor and it was nice, I went to lower floors and there's a lot of water damage on the walls. But otherwise, I love the amenities in the hotel and especially the beautiful garden and pond! Will definitely stay here again on our way back to the airport!

Real hot springs and good services.

Building is old but they tried to renovate and update here and there. Hot springs was great even though the space was smaller than I thought. It is a real hot springs and you will feel smoothness after soak yourself. Meals were great there and having a convenient store inside of the hotel was very helpful.

The location and definitely the shuttle to airport and mall was great! In time every time.... staff was great. Bed was a little too hard for my back issue but, they promptly brought extra blankets a and a softer pillow and it was great after that. Overall it was good...but like all other properties, maintenance is key.

We arrived at Narita Airport from USA around 4pm and got our rental car. 2 family members were flying in at 10pm and we wanted to drive at that time to a town near Mt Fuji for a few days. We rented this hotel room and napped for 4-5 hours. Well worth the $50-60 to be rested for a 2.5hr drive after a long day.

Ok property. Very dated. Shuttle from airport was on on time and convenient. 24 hour convenient store and two restaurants. Close to airport. Served our needs.

We only stayed for a night. Our only complaint was the bathroom in our room. It looks dirty specially under the sink and bidet. Maybe because the Hotel is old. But the staff are great and there is Family Mart by the lobby. We had our breakfast at their restaurant also and food was OK also. The free shuttle from and to Narita was nice and convenient. But I will try a different Hotel next time we travel to Narita.
