The room is clean, decor needs updating. Onsen bath was exceptional, clean, relaxing, therapeutic, can potentially wipe away aches and pains of body and mind. Staff are polite, helpful and treats guests with courtesy. I did not try restaurant, but plans to do so next time, as the menu looks good and prices are reasonable. Free shuttle service to shops and airport was well appreciated. Thank you ART Hotel for my wonderful stay.

Great budget hotel for sleep ins with affordable rates. They have shuttle service to malls and airport. The shuttle to malls are on time. However, for pick up from airport to hotel is more than an hour wait. Need to ask specific questions about hot springs as they operate during specific hours. Overall, good place for quick stopover

I cant find anything less to say for this hotel, superb from the check in to the checking out. 1. convenience store at the lobby 2. clean room and linen with "kimono" robe in style 3. toiletries (all ready for you) 4. shuttle service 5. friendly staff ...too comfy in bed to have bfast, but my brother said it was delish. definitely worth coming back.

Decent place to stay. Older building so had a musty kind of smell to it. But clean and nice staff. Liked to walk the trails but isolated so have to get on the shuttle bis to do anything. Sucked early morning as we had to wait till the bus started up but it was also nice to have free transportation to and from hotel.

Decent Stay, but cant avoid over tourism in Japan

This is definitely one of my favorite facilities to stay near Narita Airport. People say rooms look aged, but i enjoy the Bubble Era vibe that sustains somewhat old yet remains from the past that still exists. Decent morning buffet, and nice to have Family Mart on facility. The only downside was full of annoying foreign tourists that didnt follow manner or etiquette because they were making loud noises that i couldn't sleep at times.

The hotel pictures are very deceiving. If you are planning to come here as women traveling alone or with a friend, don’t. If you pick a garden room you are automatically assigned a very old almost 1970s Las Vegas motel look of a room. Possible dangers of bed bugs, mold in the closet, and the hallway and room had all sorts of unknown stains. However staff was very helpful and very patient.

This whole experience was amazing! I loved having a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to Narita station and Aeos mall! Also Nita, who works at the front desk, is SPECTACULAR!! She did everything with a smile on her face and even let me borrow a charger when my phone was low on battery. THANK YOU so much!!

This hotel was so outdated and dirty. I booked a family room and the one room was filled with the dust came out from the air duct. I've been to Japan many times but I never experienced dirty hotel in the past. not recommended to stay here

There isn't next time

On my first night in the room, I was going to use the bathtub. The water was brown, so I called room service. When the clerk came and I let the water out, then 70% of the floor was flooded on the bathroom. They offered me a different room. Even though it was after 10 pm, I moved to a different room. When I was out of the room and came back to my room, the room card key didn't work! This was awful. People who were staying in this hotel were Asian customers, and they were noisy and had no public manners. This hotel is not for me. The hotel’s carpets are old? I felt the old dusty smells. Made me cough a lot and feel getting sick. If you have a breathing problem, you should a away from it. I endured for a couple of nights then I moved to a different hotel although I had reserved more than a couple of nights. I needed to get out of the environment! At last, they said that collecting garbage from the room costs 1,500 yen. This place has an Onsen and a buffet but I didn't want to do anything in the hotel.

It’s really run down. They have 2 wings, don’t stay on the garden side. It’s so old and really falling apart. Very dirty with mold smells, stains, dust and smears. Not kept up very well.

This hotel looks its age, but it is clean, the staff is great, the breakfast was better than many and there are convenient shuttles for the train and airport. I’d stay here again.

Nice and clean, the shuttle bus service to the airport and to the shopping center/subway station is incredibly helpful since there isn't really much of anything to do in the immediate area of the hotel and the front desk staff were very kind.
