Pro: Within walking distance to Narita train station. Con: Be aware of their staff. I made a reservation for a shuttle bus to airport the next morning when I checked in. They told me my spot is confirmed (limited availability) and I just need to show up 5mins before departure to get a bus voucher. When I went to front desk the next morning (20 mins before bus departure), they told me there is no seat available. I asked for a reason and a resolution but the only response I got was they are sorry. I had to spend my own money getting an alternative transportation to the airport. Overall, this hotel is not trustworthy.
