Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would not shy way of staying there again. We have stayed in another condo by this owner and the cleanliness compared to it was just not there but overall it was still clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness, just was not as up to par as last year in the last condo we stayed in. I just wish it offered more of the stuff in the Kingston plantation, but the listing does tell you that it does not give you access to those things. I just wish that they were an option, especially if you have children. Will definitely stay with them again and will definitely stay in this unit again.
