This 11th floor 400 sq ft fully-furnished unit was updated in March 2022 with a brand new vinyl floor, fresh paint, custom LED fireplace, new king euro top mattress, oversized sleeper chair, new ac, and mini fridge among others. This unit is perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1 child.
Being fully updated, it stands out amongst the other cookie cutter outdated units in the building. I’m also the sole owner and provide more of a personalized experience than a large management company.
Sit on your private balcony and overlook the city and beach. A kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cups, and dishes make the perfect area for quick meal options.
Just around the corner from the kitchenette, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, hairdryer, and oversized vanity with sink.
This is a privately owned unit and front desk help and daily housekeeping are unavailable. Go straight to your room and enter in the code for no-hassle access.
Guests have access to all water amenities at the resort, including heated indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and sauna. Also have access to the laundromat, fitness center, and gift shop.
