The hotel is beautiful. The services is awful. I arrived at noon i waa told my room wasn’t ready this was fine i was told that i would receive a text as soon as my room was ready. At 4:00 when check in is i went to the hotel and said im cheching to see if my room is ready i haven't seen a message yet. They express theycwere sorry that tge staff changed and it wasn't communicated to them. 4 hours of having to find something to do and waiting was BS.

We booked this hotel as we had a good stay the year prior. But this year’s experience ended up being not so great. First, when we checked in we were placed in a accessible room, the beds were low to the ground and on a cot like bed frame, the mattresses were that of a sleeper sofa, thin and uncomfortable. When going to the front desk to ass for a different room, the one we booked almost a year prior, we were told this was the only room they had and because we were the last to check in that’s why we got the room. We were told there was nothing she could do to help me, and that she couldn’t even look to see if they could switch us the next day. So we contacted Expedia and they handled getting our room swapped the next day which was another hassle. We couldn’t unpack because at some point the next day we would be moved. We talked to front desk the next morning they told us they would call when a room was ready. We needed up leaving the property for a while as we didn’t want to just waste a day waiting for a call. We finally got a call some time around 12, told them we would be back shortly. When we came back we were placed in a new room on a low floor with a obstructed view. We just accepted it and didn’t want to complain, but it was not as nice as the year before. We also were not told that in order to get housekeeping we needed to ask daily. We had to call multiple times, for toilet paper, tissues, towels, a sheet for the fold out couch. Overall not a good experience.

A concierge would have been helpful. Someone who knows the area and can point out options based on what we were interested in. When we asked at the front desk just gave us two booklets.

The staff were amazing, we only had one issues and it was taken care of promptly and we weren't made to feel like a burden. The building was very nice and had quite a few things to do. If i had one thing to point out it would be that it would be nice if the breakfast could have a bit more variety. The staff over the food was fantastic and made you feel welcome, especially Ms.Rose.

Very bad experience, the charge me $150 $50 for parking that I never knew about it and $100 as a hold” then next day the charge me again same amount, then the 3th day the charge me $73 + 43 and and I talk to them and they told me just to wait 7 days to see how much they will return to my card they should charge ONLY THE $150 one time and RETURN ME THE $100 but they charge me more then $400 and nobody give me answers

Honest review

We stayed for 2 nights. Very nice property, disappointing breakfast, Very basic. We had an issue with towels. When we asked for more at 8am they still hadn’t arrived by 11am. So I had to go down and get them. They said they outsource the towels so the are not in control of towels. Strange. Overall the stay was very good and we loved the hotel and the pool area. The last thing is the parking. It was in a garage across the street and they charge for it. It’s inconvenient and just annoying. And they definetly should not be charging for parking across the street. I would stay again. And it is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Myrtle beach.
