Would be nice to offer room service from pennys diner, across the parking lot. Assessible room with two beds was very small. Accessible shower with bench seat was fantastic. Handrails on toilet would be quite helpful as well as a toilet that sits higher. Staff was quite helpful
Easy access off interstate. Different check in because you check in at diner next door.
We have stayed here a few times. Always clean with a nice breakfast. Mattress not very comfy this time.

Restaurant attendant at checkin had to be found on cigarette break. Bad attitude like we were a nuisance. She was on break outside smoking when we entered the resultant. Then was seen sitting at counter. Eating. Then after we ate and had paid our bill she was not to be seen but was on a mother cigarette break again

Had reserved a ground floor room none available was very disappointed had to carry my extra heavy bag to the 2 floor I hurt my back

Conveniently located near the Interstate and the railroad my room was quiet, comfortable and had good lighting for reading. Upon arrival I learned that there was a problem with the water (city problem). The staff provided information and bottled water for my needs until the problem was resolved so there was only minimal inconvenience. Staff was friendly and helpful.
This hotel was clean and the room was adequate though not fancy. The best feature was the blackout curtains. They worked so well that we woke up at 8:00 AM on a sunny morning and the room was dark. Nice to sleep in undisturbed. Another nice feature was the free breakfast at the diner attached to the hotel. It was a freshly cooked hot breakfast with no warming trays, cold cereal and donuts so often found at the continental breakfasts you get with other hotels. Definitely a great day starter!
Clean, safe but the furniture and room are well used. Probably the best available at this Interstate exit....
Although this was a very fast overnight trip for my husband and I, we thought the hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. We stayed at a different hotel in Missouri Valley previously and it was not nearly as nice - especially for the price. Also, the free breakfast thenext morning was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone just needing a nice, clean place to stay the night.
We were traveling to see our daughter in college and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were beyond clean, very quiet and the beds were very comfortable! Whatever we needed, the staff was more than helpful! There was a workout room but unfortunately no pool or hot tub which would have been an added plus. Plenty of choices for television viewing which was a nice change from some of the other hotels we have stayed in. The food & atmosphere at Penny's Diner was exceptional! We could see why many of the locals came there to eat! We will definitely stay here again & probably stay an extra night!
