I travelled with my husband and toddler son during this trip. Being so close to Mall of America was definitely helpful on some of the rainy days. The staff were friendly and my son seemed to have a soft spot for Emily at the front desk. He would look for her every time we passed the front desk. She was extremely helpful as we checked in later in the day and gave us the extra towels and pillows we requested immediately. The rooms are new and have a modern look to them. They’re not the most spacious, but had enough room for the three of us. The full sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove were extremely useful with a little guy. They provided access to internet TV as well as cable. However, there were times when their WiFi would glitch a little. Breakfast was good. Whenever Marta was responsible for breakfast, she would greet everyone with a cheerful smile and made sure each person was enjoying their breakfast. With her, there was a daily rotation between cheese omelette and fried egg with cracked black pepper for the egg selection. My favorite was taking the English muffin, two different cheese slices, a sausage patty, and a fried egg with cracked black pepper, assembling it all together and microwaving it for about 30s. Soo good! When the other staff made breakfast, they made scrambled eggs. Hard boiled eggs were provided every day. Sorry, I was pregnant on this trip and eggs are my go to source of protein in the morning which is why I paid a lot of attention to them. Overall, I would come back based on the amenities they provided in the room, the friendliness of the staff, breakfast, and its proximity to the mall.

Marta H, runs a great morning breakfast set up and is very kind. Sometimes breakfasts Organizers/servers at hotels can be rude and grumpy. Not this location. Marta sets up the breakfast bar with lots of variety morning choices.

Harta H is an amazing woman. She needs a raise. She is the only one willing to go out of her way to help and always seems to have a smile. She is an asset to your company and I hope she is the owner one day..

Spent 10 days here for work, best hotel experience I’ve ever had. Clean, comfortable and easily accessible. Staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and Marta H was awesome - greeted me every morning with a smile and was very hospitable. Will definitely recommend and return!

Three wonderful nights in this hotel. Every morning Marta was friendly and accommodating. She kept us healthy by always recommending the fresh fruit. A great experience and walking distance from the mall.

Another fantastic property. Marta H ran a tight breakfast buffet with a big smile and morning welcome. The front desk staff was awesome, and our room(s) were spotless and comfortable. Thanks for bookending our vacation- always great to stay at a Marriott!

We drove up from Wisconsin to visit Mall of America and take in a Brewer game. Our hotel stay was awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was very friendly and professional. A big shoutout to MARTA H for going above and beyond in the breakfast room. Very kind and helpful. The only thing was it was a little congested making your breakfast items. The space should be considered for a makeover to make things more efficient for guests and staff. Also a big thank you to the shuttle driver in the morning. Sorry I didn’t catch his name but also very helpful and considerate. All in all it was s very family friendly hotel and would highly recommended!

Upon pulling up very modern very well kept. Emily at the front desk was a pleasure to check in with very accommodating and understanding of a Dads needs. Next the room was very clean and the attention to detail was impressive to say the least will definately be back and recommending to any one who stays near moa thank you Town place suites it's nice to see hospitality professionals doing it right.

Marta H. does a fabulous job of keeping the breakfast buffet clean and all food replenished in a very timely manner. She welcomes all guests with a warm smile and you are lucky to have her on your team.

We were a party of eight (part of which were young children) that were enduring a truly horrid Spirit airlines "adventure" at MSP ---and due to complete and utter incompetence on the airline's part (and I will write a review of Spirit on another post) and after a LONG GRUELING day of delays which turned into aforementioned cancellation - Spirit left us in Minneapolis late the night of the 19th with no hope of departure till the following evening.- and no where to sleep either, with young children.. Enter our heroes of the night- the staff and hotel of the Towne Place Suites... Mark, the night desk person was SIMPLY amazing and could not have been more helpful. I can not thank him enough for his help I stay mostly in five star properties but this hotel was truly wonderful for the price and for our needs...Our rooms were clean, spacious, and in good shape. The full kitchen was a bonus and the room to spread out and rest was amazing...and for the priace point it was, the value was great...Should I ever be in the area again, I would not hesitate to book that hotel in a heartbeat I read the review below for the exact same night we stayed and the only thing I could concur with was the breakfast did not have enough staff to restock. Our room was not configured in an unsafe way at all (and part of what I do is vacation rental villa design)- but there are various room types at the hotel--I also speculate the the bath mat issue might have been a communications error between the desk person and the guest. I could be 100% wrong but I am GUESSING the guest was simply asking for a cotton bath MAT for outside the shower, but the desk clerk perhaps was answering of the type of IN bath mat- the rubber kind- that is not not allowed to be in hotel tubs due to hygiene issues- but again, I could be mistaken and my apologies if I am wrong)
