I booked this for my family of three adults. The check in was smooth and the staff was wonderful. The room was too small that we could not use the sofa bed, so we all of us have to squeeze in the same bed. It was not comfortable at all. We booked three nights, so we had to suffer all three night. Mirror is only in the bathroom, so we must wait or queue up for our turn. Very strange to see the store area inside the bathroom. The wash basin is kept on the right side of the mirror in the toilet instead of Center, so if you brush your teeth or wash your face, your hand will hit on the wall, useless design. The air conditioner is completely a useless, it is only making lot of noise. It starts and stop in few seconds. The breakfast is the same every day. Overall, we are not happy with our stay.

Pros: Walkable distance from Mall Of America. Nice, spacious and clean rooms. cons: Breakfast options could have been better. Per device internet charges are something i havent heard off, espeially for a family of 3 or 4 people. Wasnt like this the last time i stayed here. Probably will not be staying here during my next trip.

My only complaint is that the parking lot is small enough as it is and they have four spots dedicated strictly to Tesla’s besides that 10 out of 10 all around
