We had a pet. Every LaQuinta we have stayed in except this one has been great. Our end of the hall had teas on the floors and never picked up. I saw where a small pet had used the bath yon te floor and it was never cleaned. We will not be using this place again.

Our main complaint was with house keeping and the front desk. There is no where you can hang a bath towel in the bathroom. Our room was not serviced, trash was not picked up, dirty towels were left on the floor and the bed was not made. Regarding the front desk staff. They are too busy talking to each other to help guests, they are allowed to smoke too close to the front entry, with one staff literally exhaled in our face as were leaving and she was coming in the door. For the price we paid, there are better options almost next door.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel but the room was just not very clean this time. There was some unknown substance on the wall next to the bed and next to the nightstand. Additionally, there was something actually stuck to the sheets that could not be removed.
