Nice clean property and friendly staff.

Had a great time at the hotel. Was gone during the days but breakfast food was good and location was good also

This is a very nice hotel! We really enjoyed the convenience of it and it’s close proximity to so many different eating areas around the city.

The room was quite big, clean and spacious. However. they should cease advertising they offer breakfast because they do not actually serve or offer real breakfast other than a small brown bag containing a bottle of water, a tiny apple and granola bar.

Great exercise room. Nice breakfast. Good night's sleep. One suggestion, please train staff not to ask for high ratings so they can have a party. It cost a pount in this review on staff.

We found the overall property to be just fine. The hotel was pretty and the room was decorated well and pleasing to the eye. When I first arrived to check in, the front desk worker didn't smile and barely acknowledged me. It wasn't until I started chatting, that she finally acted kind. My daughter and I just wanted to spend a relaxing night together since we had walked and walked around the quaint town. Well, we had anything but. The guests in the hotel were very loud and there was music playing in the parking at 3:30 that woke us up. We both realized we were super hot. In my daze, I tried to turn the AC unit on (not realizing that the thermostat was on the wall). I called down to the desk about the AC and mentioned the noise level in the hotel. The desk clerk was lovely and offered to bring up a fan. I twished she had thought to ask if I saw the wall unit. I realize that was MY mistake and when I mentioned the next morning, the current clerk giggled and said that so many make that mistake. My fault, but wish I had a reminder, since I was so sleepy and irritated. The night clerk did bring us a fan and also mentioned that some guests had to thrown out for drunkenness. The fan was missing screws and made an awful rattling sound. I had to use a hand towel to fill in the places of the rattle. What a night! The breakfast was good. Two out of the three clerks we met were kind, but I won't be back to this hotel. Just an overall bad experience.

It was newly remodeled, modern and up to date styling. The room has stained carpets, dirty areas, little pieces of trash missed by housekeeping before our arrival. Had to request a hair dryer, wasn't in room on arrival.

Alisha was awesome at checkin and restaurant recommendations. Hotel looks like recent renovations, all new bathrooms. Clean, quiet. Minor item, door hinges need WD40!

Property was clean, looked new or with a fresh rehab and staff was very friendly. Great $$ vs amenities. It's set back off the main road which affords a bit of privacy and sense of security.

Comfortable and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here three times, and every time has been lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable (LOVE the pillows!), and the breakfast is ample. Also, the service is friendly, warm, and accommodating. I appreciate the infused water that's available all the time, too. What more could a visitor want?

Came into town after dark and light at street and sign werent on making it difficult to find since it is behind other buildings. Lobby and front look nice and rooms ok. I am going to say I wouldnt recommend for family but it is fine.

Not up to expectations from a Holiday Inn. This hotel needs to be updated. Rooms are worn and well past the being able to clean stage. Carpet is old and nasty, bathrooms dated, furniture broken or well worn. there was even a roach on the wall when we first entered the room. I have several other dates booked for fall football, and I will not be staying here again.

My son and I were in Milledgeville the night before moving into his GCSU apartment. The staff were very friendly, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. However, I requested a non-smoking room, which I got, but the room smelled very musty. It could have been the nasty carpet that was in the hall and room. Stains in the hall, worn thin. And the bathroom needed to be updated also. Grout that was dirty and/or chipped away. I never even looked at the pool so can't comment on that. Breakfast was fine with the standard breakfast items like muffins, yogurt, cereal and fruit. No eggs or bacon however. For the price, I preferred the Hampton Inn up the street, where we stayed for orientation. It's a cleaner/more updated hotel.

We had a great time and the hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice holiday inn express. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
