Carpet wet, indoor pool not available, no fridges in rooms, had to wait hours for a pack n play, ice machine broken on my floor, breakfast options too expensive and coffee bar closed in the mornings. Light bulb out in the bathroom but room stayed cold, floor was quiet, and parking was not bad
The public areas of this property seemed to be in a poor state and needing a serious upgrade. The rooms were especially bad. Anyone one from Hilton corporate offices would be horrified of the conditions of the rooms I saw and the property in general. I was very disappointed. The staff was excellent and very apologetic and accommodating.
There was no coffee cups in the room. Only 1 elevator working
Room was not clean, coffee maker in room had used coffee in it, toilet was dirty, Ice maker not working, room safe broken, elevators not functioning, no hot water one of the days stayed. Half of the staff was awesome and friendly, other half was unpleasant. lobby area restroom has backed up toilets and vomit on floor. I will never stay here again.

They only had one elevator working! Not one person wearing a mask 😷 at this hotel. Had everyone crammed into elevator during this pandemic like sardines. When bringing to front desk attention. She basically said they couldn’t limit amount of people in elevator & if I didn’t like it take the stairs . Really 11 flights of stairs. Very rude. Sign also stating they couldn’t guarantee the hotel was sanitized .This hotel is not worth money. Needs renovation & new management.
Littered with beer bottles outside the hotel. Whiskey bottle in the parking garage. Restaurant was closed. Dim lit hallway.

Check in took 25 minutes. Front desk woman who checked me in was incompetent. They need better traiig or better hiring practices.

It was a business trip to Midland. It seemed to be one of the nicer hotels in the town and everything went well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We are not required to have refrigerators do to us having food onsite. But we are in the process of revisiting the supply for all rooms.
We continue to work on things with in the Hotel. After a year of pandemic and then an unforeseen Ice storm. We are in the process of trying to bounce back. Thank you for the feedback.
I am so sorry we did not meet your expectation. We have several projects that we have on the table to better the hotel. We are hoping to bounce back from Covid so that we can better the hotel for our guest.
