False advertising. Horrible stay

Advertised as part of the Fountainbleu Hotel Resort although they were a private owned management group. The suite was not ready to be moved in when I attempted to move in and no one could tell me when the room would be ready! Totally unacceptable. We had flown cross country and were exhausted and no one seemed to care enough to give us answers or solve the problem. A nightmare.
