Check in was easy because of the great communication. Took us a bit to find the place, but it wasnt a big deal. The area is beautiful and lively so we enjoyed the hunt ;) Levi greeted us and helped is with luggage. Very nice and welcoming. The room was perfect for the 4 of us. Very comfortable and location was perfect. We had a balcony with a view of Espanola way. The only thing is there were no elevators in our building, that was my fault for not checking. We had my elderly mother. Overall, great experience! I would love to come back with my Husband.

While the room was clean and air-conditioned, the hotel did not meet expectations. First of all, it does not have an elevator, which I did not clearly see indicated before booking. Also, the hotel is on a super busy pedestrian street. It looks tranquil in the photographs, but at night, it is super loud and crowded. I was there on business and had to change hotels due to the noise. I notified the hotel that I was leaving and asked for a partial refund. The terms were non-refundable, but I hoped that, given the problems mentioned above, I could request a partial refund. The hotel refused. Just be aware of this before booking. I rarely leave a bad review, but this felt very disingenuous.

It was a great stay, I had no issues. Even though the hotel is in a busy street, we were in the 3rd floor and had no issues with noise. We were also working from the room and the WiFi was great. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. Great stay overall for a great price.

There was a weird issue which was promptly resolved, but unfortunately I saw a cockroach in the room. Thankfully it was right before I was leaving otherwise I would not be able to sleep there. It's an unique experience to stay at El paseo milami. This buildings don't have elevators. Though you can get help, to move your lugages. Also, the street is pedestrians only, in the other end there is small street where we can load and unload. There is city parking garage in the the 12 the street, which is not expensive (20$ per day)
