I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I'm in Miami Beach!

nice hotel close to beach and everything. The only thing missing was a pool which i knew it did not have one when we booked it. I did think i would miss having a pool when you wanted to stay in and relax. I would come back for less days like a long weekend.

We want to come back! Beautiful room, lovely staff, convenient location, 24/7 coffee/tea station, beach club providing chairs, nice restaurants, 150 airport express 5 min away, even bathrobes and umbrellas! We loved it at El Paseo! Thank you!!!

Overall very good. I can recommend some things: Hotel staff makes too much noise very early in the morning, I prefer not to wake up early during vacation. Wi-fi connection was perfect, I enjoyed a lot.

At first I was concerned about the hotel's location right on Espanola way. But surprisingly. the rooms were very quiet and tucked into the building. The rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

Such a unique Miami expierence staying in española way.

The hotel is perfectly placed in South Beach. Everything is within walking distance. Do not rent a car! There is hardly any parking in the entire area, and when there is, it’s expensive. Just downstairs from the hotel, there is an assortment of restaurants to choose from. The hotel itself has a balcony available to its guests that looks over this street. It’s a nice little spot to people watch. Haha. The hotel also has their own coffee machine (free to guests) that makes espresso, cappuccino, etc. My husband and I especially loved that. If we come to Miami again will definitely stay here. It’s the cheapest hotel to stay at and in a great location. Downside is you don’t get a pool or hot tub like most other hotels in the area.

Not my best trip maybe I shouldn't be writing anything about my experience with Orbitz or the hotel they put me on because it was so far away from where I needed to actually be by the time I got off work and back to my hotel driving through Miami traffic I was not in the best of moods to even try to enjoy anything around me just wanted to shower and go to bed

Front desk clerks are super nice, particularly Israel, Marcia and Leonardo. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. It will nice if they will have coffee makers and microwave ovens in the room. But will definitely stay there again

Great experience. Room in the rear did not get the street noise. Much appreciated.

Staff was great! I was expecting a hotel just a bit larger but no complaints given great service by staff at service desk. Couple observations with respect to daily room cleaning. We stayed for 4 nights and noticed floors did not appear to have been cleaned everyday, toilet was not cleaned daily, drinking water was no replenished. We had to ask for clean towels one day because they were not replaced with clean ones.

We stayed here for a few days. We arrived at 1:30 pm and had to wait until check-in time, which is 4 pm. Well our suite wasn't ready until 4:28 and there were random hair throughout the room which to me should have been cleaned before we arrived. We were in 1208 and it's room where you hear everything. Everything includes the music outside until 2-3 am, shower running from upstairs, folks moving in the hallway, etc. It was a bit much and too loud for my taste. The hotel charges a daily fee and I truly don't see where is goes since there is no pool and the bar only provides complimentary water and for the suite there isn't any microwave. The beach is 2 blocks away and the food in Havana is wonderful!

Stayed for five nights. Overall, great location, rooms were nice, and the staff was attentive. The two big downsides (and they're pretty big) are 1) the noise from the restaurants/bars downstairs (imagine this is an ongoing issue) and 2) the noise of construction, which as of writing this review (March 2017) is still ongoing, but I imagine this won't be a long term thing. I had read some reviews about the noise, but didn't think it would be that bad. It was. I'm pretty young so on nights I went out, by the time I came back, it was pretty quiet and was able to sleep. On the nights I didn't go out though I had to put in noise cancelling headphones to sleep. If you get a room facing the street, you will not be able to go to sleep without ear plugs/headphones or until after 2am. Period. Would recommend you request a room that does not have windows/doors/balcony onto the street, but I don't know how the sound was in other parts of the building. The construction during the day also made it hard to sleep in. They're repaving the street and looked about half done when I was there. Basically there were loud noises from 9am - 2am every day except for Sunday. I figured out how to deal, but it was still not super relaxing. Also, the breaker went off in my room (probably due to the construction) and had to call down twice to have them flip the switch.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. Staff was superb. Location was perfect for accessibility. GREAT STAY!

Great Location, Wonderful Staff & Super Comfortable Room!!!

With minor hiccups such as room not ready on time or anything else, the staff at El Paseo went above and beyond to make me feel better and comfortable. I look forward to staying there again! Please note that Espanola way is definitely a spot where people are always about so the noise could keep one up if your trying to wake up early, but its Miami Beach! Everyone is out late. So choose well if thats what your looking for.

The hotel is a suite and fantastic. The staff is outstanding. The only downside is that if you have a room overlooking the street - the nightlife and music goes until 2 am - so either participate or be able to sleep with the music thumping.

Cool area. Rooms are divided into 4 separate buildings within the street. Wish checkout wasn't 11 am. Otherwise very clean and new

Horrible to find. It has very limited parking a block from hotel. Overpriced...
