Eden Roc Resort Miami Beach

Recent guest reviews

Over the last ten years I've likely repeated my stay at this property 6 different times. The winning combination of prime location, oceanfront proximity, and, "old school" charm has always resulted in a great beach getaway experience. My most recent stay coincided with the merging of the ER and Nobu brands. During my stay, there was a considerable portion of the property inaccessible due to renovation construction, and, separately, multi-day prep for an upcoming weekend live concert. Newly hired staff were adequate, but, lacked the warmth and intimacy of their predecessors. I write this review in hopes of urging management to proceed carefully with this new blending of "old and new schools". Ideally, and, as this property settles into it's new identity, it will succeed in striking the best balance between the reliable & traditional quality it has always provided, and, the more trendy & contemporary image it now clearly seeks to evolve into. Unfortunately, and, for the first time, that balance was not delivered during my most recent stay.

eden roc was amazing. The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. You can enjoy the pools or the beach which is just steps away. In room dining is also a must try.

Great hotel that is not so crazy crowded that you feel stressed. Can get a beach chair/ pool chair without wrestling with a family. Great service at the pool, awesome drinks and clean surroundings. Beach option and 3 pools!! One pool under construction at the time. Gym good enough, as who wants to be inside while in Miami. Long walk to SoBe but can be done. Boardwalk right along the beach that you can walk/run for miles, getting on /off as you please. Fabulous!!

It was great. Was a lil upset about the $200 per night hold on my account for accidentals it was awesome place

We were there for 4 days. We swam in the 3 beautiful pools and walked on the boardwalk that came right up to the hotel. The staff was attentive and catered to everything. Even though we rented a car, we could have easily walked to everything. The Hotel is centrally located to other hotels, restaurants and the right on the beach.

Got what ever I asked for relaxed and Visited people I know.I would defiantly come back again I loved this hotel with all the pools and beach .

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could want. Close to south Beach, Bal Harbor Mall and more eating establishments than you could visit in a year. Three pools, two Jacuzzis and the most beautiful beach on the east coast of the US of A. Highly recommend it.

Perfect hotel , good music , good food , beautifull beach

Everything is great except the beds are old school and worn out.

Overall this is a very nice property right on the beach very clean and updated the only negative I can say is I thought the $42 a night for parking valet and $24 service charge was a bit exorbitant. Also when there is an umbrella next to your chair at the beach with all the other charges I think it's a little much to ask to pay $25 a day to have it opened up other than that I would definitely recommend the hotel .

Great experience. Crashed a wedding party at the poolside bar. I would stay here again, everywhere we went was fairly close to the resort.

This was our last minute honey moon trip planned due to complications from the previously planned trip we had. We had a great time at the hotel and on the very nice beach section that was close by. Very expensive for what we were looking for but worth it if you were going for a business trip because there was a lot of that every day.

Decent experience not what I expected because orbitz promised one thing and delivered another. Please don't book from orbitz because they will mess up your flight and your room request.

A beautiful hotel on the beach ! Some complications with hot water in the room! Otherwise was a beautiful a clean ! And also no restroom on the beach have to go all the way to a lobby!

Spa worth the visit. I wish they would have told us they were remodeling an area, which meant sitting in the balcony with all that noise was not an option, otherwise the hotel and staff were wonderful. If recommend strongly to stay here

Elitist discriminatory attitudes throughout, specially administrative attitudes , policies in recreation areas. Microagressions . Spend your money elsewhere.

Staff and hotel was excellent just to let you know the breakfast is not free

They should should tell you that before they charge full price. Really gone downhill since they separated from Marriott.

My husband and I stayed at the Eden Roc and overall had a good time. There are several pools with good customer service for food/drinks/towels etc. The downside is that the hotel's shadow casts over them early in the day. By 1-2 pm there is little sun left at the top-most adult pool. The indoor bar in the center lobby is a nice feature and the ambience is high-end. Drinks are pricey but similar to the surrounding hotel's restaurants. Ubers are readily available in the area that will take you to the surrounding areas that are not walking distance (such as Lincoln Road). The bed in the hotel was the most comfortable hotel bed I can recall - great lumbar support. Free Wifi was an execellent bonus. Overall a nice stay!

Construction was going on but staff (Dolores Josh and Viorica) were very attentive and moved us and family to very nice rooms away from the noise. Nobu restaurant was part of the hotel and was excellent. (A little salty but great meal. Tell them exactly the amount you want to spend per person and let them take it from there with their suggestions.)Beach and bar service on the money.
