It’s a movie set like boutique hotel that’s in a quiet area of south beach, a block from the beach and walkable to casual and fine dining and clothing stores. Staff are nice and polite. Breakfast is so-so. Valet parking is a must!

The from office agent was very unfriendly she did seem to want to address the back that my room on the second had the window cranks removed and that I could not get any fresh air in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable and the linens were not nice at all. TV was outdated and the overall property was dilapidated.
Very quiet and clean. Polite and simple check in/check out. Plenty of space in the room and a reasonably priced minibar.
Nice location because it was down the street from the beach. Other then that just fresh paint doesn’t make it a nice resort!
I like the boutique feel and not the big hotel feel. Very decorative and modern. Literally a block from the beach. Great prices.

If you have a long way to travel and want to rest upon arrival, do not expect to check in at 3pm (the stated check-in time). The supervisor is lovely, but one of the young ladies working at the desk is completely apathetic and rude. We were told our room wasn't ready at 3, so we sat in the lobby until 3:40 and when asked approximately how long until the room was ready the response we were given was "I don't know." It felt like we wasted a day of our short vacation waiting for the room. When we inquired about the free trolley service around South Beach, again, the young woman working at the front desk responded (rudely) "I don't know." Isn't it your job to at least know where to direct your guests for information? Or to at least feign that you care? The rooms look nice but they are poorly maintained. Our first room had a broken shower fixture and the "auto" function for the fan does not shut it off when the A/C reaches a certain temperature (so you either have no A/C or too much while sleeping). Halfway through our stay, housekeeping broke the door to our room so we were forced to relocate. After moving, the next room was worse. The faucet in the bathroom fell off in one's hand when using, the sink leaked water onto the floor below, only one of the burners on the stove functioned, one window would not open, and another window would not shut/lock after it was opened. The location is lovely if you just want a quiet time away from the madness of Miami Beach tourism.

The location of the hotel is good. Just a block from the beach and very walkable to food, etc. Valet parking is the only parking available at $30 per day so be prepared for that. The hotel feels very much like it is brand new ownership and they are still working out the kinks. Our tv had issues with no sound. Remotes dont work from the bed, this could be because the tv is mounted behind the window curtains. It was hard to get the curtains adjusted to be able to see the full tv screen. The phone in our room didnt have a cord on it. Our room didnt get a cleaning our second day. The staff seemed stressed out trying to handle things. Lots of little things, as I said it seemes like new ownership trying to figure out how to run the place. Overall, cute, clean good location.

I left my IPad in the room and went on my two night cruise. Once l left my ship I called the hotel immediately to get my ipad and the housekeeper claimed she didn’t remember seeing it.
