Lovely property, dining and staff. Housekeeping was not good. They did not clean some things, didnt leave fresh towels or toliet paper (we had to go to the front desk, then had to wait and carry stack of towels to the room).

So this was my second time staying at this hotel, and from the outside the hotel looks old and rundown, but inside it is nice. This time my room door would not shut properly unless you put a lot of force and it looked like the door had been tried to be broken into multiple times, the shower wasn’t working well just kind of felt like it was a downgrade from the first time that we stayed there

Disappointed in check-in. Apparently this is a “virtual hotel” and when I tried to just do a regular check in with the only human I could (eventually) find, she condescendingly, walked me through a self check in on a kiosk. The property is trying to be a four-star hotel that’s old and neglected. I wish I would’ve done deeper into the reviews before staying here thank God it’s just for one night- a stop over.

This was easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The door to our room looked as if it had been broken into, the carpet was ripping up in various areas. The front entry looked as if it had also been broken into; gates/secured entrance was broken. The hotel was PACKED which is fine, except for the fact it only has one working elevator for 9+ floors. We were waiting 15 minutes for an ELEVATOR. The only stairwell is “staff only”. Broken/flickering lights in our bathroom. The cost per night is way too high for the quality of this hotel. It’s listed as a 4 star??? Not even close. The only nice area is the lobby. However, the few staff I interacted with were welcoming and helpful.

This property really tries. The problem is it feels worn down and dingy. The general areas are nice but the breakfast is pretty average with poor quality items and the rooms feel dingy. They are clean but worm. The hotel is nice enough but not great. Also the virtual check in is a bit strange but it works.

Comfortable stay with an incredible restaurant

Excellent experience. If you have trouble checking in they will help you. The restaurant is a must try with a chef from France and house made fresh pasta and Italian cuisine. We all agree we will stay here again.

The room was clean and the person at the table as we entered the hotel was approachable. The TV kept losing signal but to be fair we did not report it. The bath was dirty on checkin but was cleaned well on the second day of our stay.

The pool furniture was so uncomfortable, that we couldn't sit and relax around the pool. The staff is amazing. The carpeting is dirty throughout, and the floors need to be swept and cleaned much more often.
