Great location!! So close to Beale Street!! Smooth valet service. Fabulous easy check-in. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Bathroom could use an updating.Vents could be cleaned. Hallways have musty/cannabis scent. Fire alarms went off 8 times today.
Had to ask for towels, broken air, no staff, musty smelling
It was right in the middle of everything.
Only one elevator was working and we did not have hot water for our entire stay. Not totally their fault and they did cut our bill done but it was disappointing.
I like that there is valet. The hotel is up to date and clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms have thoughtful additions such as firm and soft pillows and different options for lighting. They need to get rid of the marijuana smell in the lobby, elevators, and hallway though.
I was told I would get a free breakfast with my stay by the front desk clerk after I checked in. I was not told how to use it. I ended up paying for my breakfast on the two mornings I visited the dining area. I was too confused to ask the server. Disappointed in that.
I had to change my room because the bathroom door was broken but other than that it was okay
This hotel is right across the street from The Peabody Hotel (don't miss the ducks on parade) and two blocks from Beale Street. It is also a short car ride away from multiple museums, landmarks, the zoo, and other sites! The staff were nice but not overly helpful. The entire hotel- including the room- has been updated. The room is a nice size and it's quiet!
The AC was out in the hotel it was 80 degrees in or room. Was just a miserable night The hotel staff was friendly except for the front deck they need a little help with customer service
The parking attendance service was great
Very friendly staff, especially the valet parking (Kiante), and conveniently located near Beale Street.
Had a BEAUTIFUL corner room! Could not beat the view!
Beautiful lobby, in a fantastic area in downtown. The valet staff was the best! Check in went well, and when we checked into a room with a fire alarm with a low battery, they switched us immediately. Great place!
Everything about our stay was perfect! especially the staff! They were very friendly!

I am sorry we had to change your room and did not realize the mistake ourselves. Our maintenance staff hasn't been able to do their daily walks because we have had them on 24 hour shift rotations.
