I was very unhappy and uncomfortable the ac was broke the room was extremely hot they were sold out so I couldn’t be moved but the lady at front desk phobe tried to help the best she could

When I arrived the receptionist was been rude to a customer on the phone and the lobby smelled like marijuana. When we got our keys she did not point out how to get to our room and nothing was explained in regards to the hotel. Our room seemed fine up until we showered and the shower curtain was full of mold. We were very disappointed.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is well worth the price. I would definitely stay again

Staff is wonderful. Room was directly over the entrance so quite a bit of noise throughout the night.

It is close to where I work. Not far from down town. Hotel is being renovated currently. The location is a little rough. Will stay there again.

1st off the front desk gave a key for someone else's room I walked in on them, we finally get it straightened out and get our real room, it stank had a mildew and sour smell we told front desk and nothing was done about Way to overpriced for how the room was

This is an ordinary, perfectly acceptable hotel. The rooms are newer and the lobby is small but well appointed. The breakfast is more than adequate. The fitness room is tiny and has one treadmill that was broken, so look elsewhere if that is your concern. Overall, a fine stay and no serious complaints.

I booked and paid for my room online. When I arrived the representative asked for my debit card. I told her i had already paid and she assured me my card would not be charged again. Low and behold my account was charged two more times, once for $300 and another for $292. The $300 dropped off after 3 days but now I am fighting to get the $292 charge reversed.

The hotel was nice, the price was reasonable and the staff always made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good too. About 20 minutes from downtown so if you're looking to be close to Beale St, it's a little bit of a drive.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. I showed up 3 hours before check-in and they gladly allowed me to check in early. Would highly recommend!

Stop over trip. Comfortable beds, nice lobby, friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms

Great value, beds are always great at Fairfield.

The staff was friendly, but I prepaid 3 days early and when I was asked for my credit card I asked why was there going to be an authorization? I was told that no only an imprint would be made no autho because I prefer to pay cash. And this is why charges that are not warranted and takes 3-5 days to reverse the charges. Other than that there was a room fight on my floor, and the bathroom hardware is nasty and needed to be change but the bathroom was as clean as it could be with out changing the nasty bath fixtures. For $79 I would liked a flat screen to complete the room! Yes I would stay again but not next to elevator.
