The place is reasonably located with Graceland and some food establishments nearby. But it is quite dark for walking to these places. There was no breakfast at the hotel. The hotel charged for the room along with the Expedia charge. I am waiting for this to be resolved.

Not Good at all

First the area is not as explained on the site. Second the 1st room we got was dirty and smelled like dope which was a non smoking room, so they gave us another room that was not cleaned as it should be . Would not recommend staying here unless u have no choice

Looked as if a main event wrestling match had happened....could not deadlock door(didn’t lineup) . The vanity/sink CRACKED all the way across. I used disposable gloves to tighten the toilet seat. No vending machines, phone didn’t work they replaced it, it worked with static. Desk chair/5 casters...2 were broken . They did give extra towels thank you. Thought I was told continental breakfast? Anyway NO! Staff not very friendly.

The only good thing I have to say about this inn is that the woman at the front desk was very nice. I am not picky about rooms but I do expect it to be clean. When we walked in, there was food on the floor, a fork on one bed, a coffee cup lid at the end of the other bed. There was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower rod in the bathroom. There was a coffee machine in the room but they did not offer any coffee to put in it or cups to drink from. When my son pulled back the top cover on his bed, the wrinkles in the sheet clearly showed someone had slept on them and the bed was just remade without changing the sheets. There was a desk chair in the room with 3 of the 4 wheels missing...I could go on. We were so tired when we arrived we just slept in our clothes on top of the covers

I did not even stay the night there. The bottom part of the bed that the sheets were wrapped under was filthy, It just did not seem like a clean room. I should not have even been billed for the room

The room was not clean , the lady at the counter was hard to deal with and did not want to answer questions, went to get breakfast shortly after seven as was posted and was not ready and her answer was its "barely 7". Has a gated entry. Would not go back again.

Sheets were stained, towels were stained, incense sticks had been burnt in the room and were still there. It felt like everything was old and needed replacing. Recommend that you check out room before you check in as sign at reception states "No refunds after check in complete" I guess that was a sign in itself.
