Staff was rude, lobby and hallway smelled strongly of weed and room was not very clean. Extremely noisy and impossible to get any sleep. Will never stay again.

I love Country Inn hotels but this one was not up to the standard I expected the bathroom was clean but tile need changing bathroom door was dirty room had a musty scent even the breakfast was not the standard I normally expects from Country Inn

This hotel is set right off the highway next to a motel, a tire shop, wing place and several gas stations/trucking stops. It is not quite! Lots of commotion at all hours. The workers were kind but the room itself was not very updated or clean. The bathroom tiles had dirt on them that I could rub off with a cloth so it seriously made me question the cleanliness of the whole room. For the price, there are waaay better places to stay.
Area was not great. No traffic light at Road where hotel is located in a high traffic area. First room reeked of cigarette smoke. Second room reeked in general. Very noisy. Was awaken by car in parking lot playing bass really loudly from 4:00an until 4:45am. Found stains on sheets.
We booked a one bedroom King like we always do in every Country Inn & Suites each time we travel. When we got to this hotel, we were told this Country Inn & Suites does not have a door in their 1-bedroom. So they charged us an extra $55 to get a suite with a door in a 1-bedroom. This is the only Country Inn & Suites that made us do this. I was very disappointed. And at 11pm at night, we didn’t have much choice but to take it.
The hotel was inviting from the outside; however, the attempt to remodel/upgrade the inside did not turn out so well. Our room had unfinished features. The air quality was very low. When we turned on the air conditioner our room began to smell like a dirty, musty basement. By the morning, it was stifling and our clothes absorbed the smell.
Trincia was very kind and helpful when I arrived. My stay was pleasant.
Even though the facility was getting a renovation- the staff was very friendly and helpful- Miss Emma wont let you leave breakfast hungry!

This hotel was awesome. It’s located in a convenient location. We did have some hiccups at first. The first room had ants, however they were great as we were able to switch rooms immediately. The breakfast lady is awesome and kind. Makes you feel like you’re at home there.
We arrived late at night and the hotel does not appear to be in the best of areas. It was in back of a party store and a service center or tire store as there was a pile of tires thrown together in the parking lot. Unfortunately we ate the $90 and kept driving 3 hours down the road. The faciliities may have been clean and the staff wonderful but we did not stick around to find out.
We stayed one night in this hotel and felt that it was clean, the staff was friendly. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again.

When you book a rook we can only assign you the room that you book and I apologize if you didn't get the room you desired because we may have been full and the room was already taken. When you book again and you have preference on a room please give us a call prior to your arrival and let us know and if we can place you in that room you desire we will.
