This is a great hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We had a great time staying here. We would highly recommend this hotel
Staff is extremely pleasant. Rooms are very clean and Mattresses are very comfortable. Amenities are great. Lots of shopping and eateries in the area. Breakfast menu items taste great and they offer a wide variety.
My stay was almost a week for a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The lobby and hotel were very clean. The room was very clean and very comfortable making my week away from home more tolerable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added bonus.
We stayed several nights during the Christmas holidays and had a comfortable stay in a room with two queen beds. They had put us on the second floor and I requested a change to the fourth floor for increased quiet. The clerk said he would cut the rate by $20, I didn’t ask why and he didn’t explain. Well, when we moved in we found out the room was lacking a refrigerator, microwave. The quiet A/C had adequate controls on the unit. The room had a large TV that we never turned on due to other busy activities visiting family. Breakfast was included, was varied each day and was very good. We had a quiet stay and slept well on very comfortable beds. The bathroom lacked a ceiling exhaust fan, had barely enough towels for two and had the usual very cheap toilet paper, which is common with all nice hotels. The desk chair had a broken elevation lever that made the chair too low for comfortable computer operation, but a new one was provided when requested. Location was great and far away from a busy freeway. The negatives were minor and overall we had a very nice stay and would stay here again.
This hotel is close to the interstate highway but is very quiet. The rooms are large and very accommodating. The staff is wonderful! We had a suite which enabled us to have easy meals in the room and to keep cold drinks and snacks handy. We would definitely stay here again.
Pros: The floor is clean? They were ALWAYS cleaning the floor. I heard the breakfast was good. Cons: Disgusting 1st floor lobby restroom. Lamp in our room was beat to hell. Protective sheet behind curtains had big holes in them.
Speedy check-in, friendly cheerful staff and superb breakfast, all for a very reasonable rate! Most impressed by the lady who tended the breakfast area. She was extremely cheerful both mornings and made sure to ask everyone if they needed anything!
This hotel staff has your back, they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best! Their king suites are the most comfortable bed ever, not to mention the best feeling comforter ever, their coffee is superb but most of all the staff knows how to treat you well!
The remote was missing. I called down and housekeeping brought one up right away. It did not work. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman offered to try to fix the TV. After several tries with 3 different remotes, the TV would not work with any of them. The person that checked me in apologized and told me that if I were going out, someone could try to fix the TV or swap it out while I was out. He told me to tell the person at the front desk when I left and they would send someone up to fix the problem. He also said he would leave a note to management about the issue. I left the hotel at 4:40 and let a female at the front desk know (she was actually present when I first reported the problem, so she was aware of the issue) that I was leaving the hotel and had been told to let the front desk know so the TV could be fixed or replaced. Her response was they would do their best, but "maintenance is very busy". I told her I would be out for about 1/2 an hour and would appreciate the problem being fixed while I was gone. I returned at 5:30 and there was another male at the desk and the same female. I asked if the problem had been fixed and the male told me that the maintenance person had left and they did not want to go into my room while I was gone. I told both the female and male at the desk that I needed the problem fixed or needed to be moved into another room as the problem has been going on for hours. I waited in my room and 15 minutes later the maintenance person arrived and took the TV off the mounting. I watched him work for about 15 minutes. I could not leave, watch TV or work and it was incredibly awkward. He placed a TV on a stand on the desk. My issues are: Why was I told to inform the front desk as I left to fix/replace the TV if nothing was going to be done in my absence? Why did the maintenance person take the time to remove the TV if he was just going to place another on the desk? The female at the time seemed extremely reluctant to solve the problem and even told the gentleman trying to help me to leave it for the maintenance person to handle it. No one followed up to determine if the problem was solved - it wasn't- the TV still got bad reception for whatever reason. I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and was not satisfied with my stay.
Great hotel. Some detailed cleaning would do good. Personnel using cell phone when there is a customer within the lobby is not recommended, put the phone away, look up from the screen and greet your customers.
