Save yourself some hassel and drive a bit further to a hotel that has cleanliness standards.

It was a short stay, but we liked it a lot. The room was nice and clean, staff was very kind and friendly. We would definitely come back.

Our room was hot the first night and AC unit was broken, they didn't have anyone around to fix it timely. Additionally, they were limited on some basic items (for example: said there were not any extra when we called the front desk for additional pillows as the room only had 2 provided). Lastly, on our first day we went to have a late breakfast, but they were cleaning up the continental breakfast prior to the "closing" time leaving us to have to go find some place to get breakfast.

Came in close to 10. Front desk was amazing. Quick and easy. Room. Was above what it cost.

Drunken guest harassing me. Asked for a different room and was rebuffed. Police activity in parking lot. Three felons handcuffed! Stay away from this place!!!

Called to change my reservation 3 months prior to coming. Did not make the change as they stated and ended up without a room for the first night of my trip.

Best Western Bar Harbour Inn has been our go-to place for our summer trips down in the island. It is 15min from Jones Beach and about 1 hour from Poquongue Beach. You can’t find a better price hotel during the summer.

The room service was every other day shuck I wouldn’t mind but it wasn’t communicated to me. I was told when I checked in that they have a continental breakfast every morning. They had cellophane wrapped bagels organic Milk and orange juice. Horrible I asked about coffee creamer and was told they didn’t have any. Same thing each day. Seems like no one cared. We went out a bought our own coffee creamer

Room was dirty (mold & urine around toilet). Pool was closed, no breakfast. Luggage cart needed repair. Staff was rude (denied that the luggage cart was in disrepair). The door to the room stuck so much we had to ram it with our full body weight to get in. The hallway reeked of marijuana.

If you stay make sure you bring your own pillows. They use very let me say extremely hard pillows. That all our neighbors agreed. I asked the desk for Softer ones, and they told me they did not have any. Good luck
