Perfect condo

Our family enjoyed our time staying at the Turtle Nest. The condo had everything we could possibly need. It was spacious, beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the patio table and grill. The pool was very nice and refreshing. We also loved sitting by the canal in the early morning and at night. We were blessed to see Manatees a few different times. Joe was a wonderful host. Highly recommend a stay at the Turtle Nest if you are heading to the Keys!

Great week in Coco Plum

We had a great 8+ days at this property! The owner is super nice and extremely accommodating. We had everything we needed right there….great pool, boat slip, boat ramp, grill, friendly locals for evening cocktails and just north enough from Marathon proper to be close to everything yet super quiet. Back freezer was very helpful for bait and freezing all our catch. Can’t wait to return one day.

Very clean, and set up well with everything needed. Nice pool and boat slip. Nice having a private boat ramp. Close to stores, restaurants etc... The only negative is the distance to open water by boat 20-25 min at ideal.

Home away from home

My family and I stayed over the holiday week. Joe ensured that we were setup and answered any of our questions before we arrived. The home is beautifully setup and has all the amenities you need. Joe was there immediately when needed. The boat dock at the property was great and made it easy for our boat needs and not having to find a place to store or launch. Would highly recommend to anyone and look forward to staying again. If you are looking for a great host this is the person and place to stay A+++ service and support.

I can't say enough good things about this VRBO experience! Joe was super communicative, accommodating and flexible. He was available instantly for any of my silly operator errors and is an absolute pleasure to rent from him. The space is new, spacious, fresh and clean. Well stocked with everything you need for a carefree vacation! An abundance of towels, bedding and kitchen supplies are provided. The location is centrally located and very quiet but at the same time, has amazing, friendly and helpful neighbors. Getting in and out of the canal with a boat is a breeze and the dock is equipped with water and power making everything super easy. The pool is beautifully maintained and is a lovely spot to cool off and relax. Thanks for everything, Joe!

Great Vacation - Amazing host

Everything was exactly as described. Check-in and out was flawless and made as easy as possible. The only thing better than what I got was the communication and experience of the owner. I would hands down recommend this property or any that Joe offers. I wish I could give 6 stars.
