There’s nothing better than waking up in the morning with that view. We stayed for 5 nights and even the 1 day it rained, we could still appreciate the tranquility. The icing on the cake was the free use of the kayaks, bikes and fishing roads 👌. Downside was unfortunately the cockerel’s. They drove me nuts on occasions but I guess it’s something you just have to embrace when visiting the Keys.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Clean and quiet. The house boats are amazing with little decks on the back. Perfect for couples or families looking for peace and quiet and quaint. If you’re looking to party move on, they don’t need you there lol. Seriously perfect place to relax and if you like to fish it has a great dock.

Great location to visit Bahia Honda and Key West. We were 3 adults so thankfully we had nice weather to use table/chairs on deck otherwise to eat inside would have been tight. Couch was narrow. TV options was limited-we brought our Box but WiFi did not support using-used hot spot off phone. Really enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Cons first: ac ubits were loud but effective. Our house boat needed some minor repairs, cracks in floor, etc. Internet didnt work they didnt know how to fix it. Couch was uncomfortable. There is a little bit of a swamy smell outside. Pros: nice location, on the water, stable didnt not move much/rocking. Perfect size for 2 people. Well stocked with kitchen equipment. Bikes and kayaks on site to use. Plenty of towels. Staff was pleasant. Grocery srore is literally right next door. Some reastaurants and liquor store also within walking distance. Fyis: this is a house boat so temper expectations for showers and toilets. Its a marine head so water pressure is minimal, water heater is small and may need multiple flushes with toilet. Overall we enjoyed our stay it was comfy and did what we needed it to do. It was a unique experience and would consider staying there again.

Great stay at the Yacht Haven!

We loved our stay at the Yacht Haven Marina. Staff was friendly, helpful and communicated well. The houseboat was large and comfortable and situated in a beautiful and quiet bay despite the convenient location off the highway and close to grocery store and restaurants. No pool, but full access to pool and beach at Cabana Club (5 min drive) was a wonderful surprise. Bikes and Kayaks free to use. Boats had all the amenities we needed. a/c worked great and was welcome. Would have rated this a 5/5 if it weren't for 1) the poor internet connection and lack of cable TV (but honestly we weren't really here for that anyway), 2) the pillows were a little hard and uncomfortable (also realize being very nit-picky here), and 3) be aware that it can get a little stinky when cleaning out the septic systems on the boats, but this didn't linger long and also wasn't a big deal.

Great place to stay especially for Floridans planning a weekender off season. The Cabana Club was also very nice and a huge plus! Get confirmation of any special requests like early or late check-ins in writing.

This little boat is awesome!! Exceptionally clean!! Just as its pictured!! Comfortable bed!! It doesnt really rock ir move much, so you forget that you are on the water. The cove its in is beautiful and quiet. The owners are great and very friendly and accommodating. The ac keeps it cool and you can adjust the thermostat as you wish. Smart Tvs in the living room and main bedroom made it convenient. Next to a Publix, but very private as well. Tiny house..but plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We highly recommend this property and these wonderful little floating abodes!!

We did not end up staying here because they if not have working internet or TV. After arriving and finding out that they did not have these items (which were in the description of the accommodation) we cancelled and ended up finding other accommodations.

Cool experience!

This place was super cool and had a great view! It cooled down in the evening and it was so nice to sit on our patio and watch a storm roll in. I do get motion sickness so it was a little rocky, but I got used to it a little better the second day. The bed was a little too hard for us and not super comfy, but I would say that was the only con. The owner had an adorable puppy I got to hold as well at check-in & check-out! We also accidentally lost track of time and they were kind enough to give us an extra 30 minutes to get out of there.
