Nice, quiet property that got the job done. A bit expensive but seems like the entire Keys is expensive

Our stay here was great, we used the kayaks on property to explore a bit. We were traveling with a 6, 8, and 11 year old and the accommodations were perfect for us. Staff was very friendly, used the laundry room on site as well.

This was a ok place for the price, however it was extremely noisy at night. Too loud crowd that kept us awake til 3am. Don’t know if it was the walls thin, or the people outside on lanai’s. So if you’re looking for a restful time, I would not return. This I don’t believe is a reflection of the staff. They were friendly and great. But the visitors didn’t make for enjoyable stay. Also, the bathroom was super small, but doable.

Very old facilities, no maid service, tight parking lot. Office personnel was nice, i didn't see any bugs.

Had ants in the room

Only thing I did not like it is the front desk is open only until 10 PM for the check in.

It is old but in very good condition. If I had brought my boat I could have walked out of the room directly onto the dock. Nice ramp on site

It’s a great place to stay in the Keys!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. These are the two mosy important features to us. But the room was tiny with barely enough room to move around. And there were roosters that started crowing about 4:30am and never stopped. Sounded like they were in the room.

The air conditioner was very quite, the room was clean, the price was affordable!

Price for area was good, need pictures on the blank walls

Room smelled like fish. It def needs to be advertised to those focusing on fishing. Shower stream very weak and WiFi barely worked.

Shower fixture hard to shut off

The netted off porches off each room was nice.

Clean and friendly employees. Great location. Great price.

We needed a last minute 1 night stay in Marathon which is near impossible in busy Winter season. We got lucky at the Kingsail and were avle to get a King efficiency. The room was clean and the vwd was comfortable. The bathroom was small but thats typical of a classic Keys place. Check in/out was a breeze. WiFi was spotty but we were at the far back of the buildings by the pool. It worked fine closer to the front. Would stay again.

Moldy smell, bugs in the closet. It ruined my whole trip. Will never come back.

Thank you for your feedback James. As we continue to improve our amenities, we'll love to see you again in the hotel. About the roosters, they are the most predominant animal in the FL Keys and very protected. Therefore, it can be found anywhere. But will let the city officials know. Thank you.
