House worked perfect for our group! We appreciated the bikes! Made use of the kayaks (from Sombrero Beach), hot tub and pool were great after our busy days in Marathon! Highly recommend this property!

The house was great! Two families (9 people 2 couples and kids ages 6-15) had plenty of space. Large screened lanai. Love that the pool was shaded by 3:30/4 it was perfect for after a day on the boat. The hot tub feature in the pool was awesome! Nice new washer a dryer with large capacity. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. I would recommend to anyone!

This home is absolutely beautiful. We went with a total of 4 couples and had a fabulous time. The property manager Brian even made sure that he got us 4 extra bikes for the week. We were a little disappointed that we could not get the kayaks in the water due to the tide being too low. There was no way to get them in and out of the water from the dock and no way to transport them anywhere else. The kitchen had everything that you would ever need to make meals at home. There were plenty of towels and they even provided pool towels. We paid to have the pool heated and we did have a problem with that on the second day. We called Brian (property manager) and he was quick to fix the issue. My only issue the whole week was the pool heater remote. I would suggest that they leave instruction with the remote to explain exactly how the pool heater works. Once we had our pool issue fixed and was told how the remote worked, we had no further issues. One of the couples discovered when we were almost to the airport, that they left their laptop. I texted the property manager immediately. He found it and is shipping it back to them. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home!!

We decided to stay another week on our trip and needed to find another house. We chose this house and we were not disappointed. It had everything we needed and more. It says it’s 4 bedrooms but there’s also a den with a couch that pulls out to a full size bed. The house was well stock and we loved that it came with kayaks which we did a couple times while there. The canal is perfect for it although somewhat challenging to get them off/on the dock. The only thing I would recommend is a table with umbrella downstairs by the pool as there is not shade back there until around 3pm. We are definitely keeping this listing favorited for when we come back next year! Thanks again!

Coco4you!

Such a great stay! Everything was perfect from the kitchen to all the roomy bedrooms. The dock was perfect for our needs and well equipped. The pool and spa was a well needed bonus after a day on the water which was everyday! Thank you for a great stay and we will definitely be back soon!!
