Place was extremely old. The photos on website and description were nothing like the actual place. There were no “floating” rooms. The rooms we were given was dirty and not maintained. The were so many coats of paint on the walls and door frames, the bathroom door would not even close. We checked for bedbugs, but initially didn’t find any. My friend and I slept in separate beds. When he woke up he had numerous bedbug bites on his arms and legs. We chose to not stay the second night have have initiated complete bedbug decontamination of all our clothes and belongings! So angry, we stated her and got ripped off!

Room, although small, was very clean, beds comfortable, and Mike at the check-in booth came immediately upon request to help us with our TV! He was awesome and friendly. Not much in the way of amenities but for the budget-minded, this was a good place to stay. "No pets" policy is why we stayed here because my husband id deathly allergic to cat hair. No problems here!

When Two beds are advertised you expect that. The was one bed and a box spring, ok for using as a place to open your luggage only. The only good thing was the water pressure.

Let's be honest- this is the most inexpensive lodging on Marathon Key, so set your expectations accordingly. You're staying here because it's more comfortable than sleeping in your car and it comes with a shower. With those expectations set, I was pleasantly surprised to find the property clean, which was my big concern. The staff was very accommodating with my late arrival and very friendly. I wouldn't bring my kids here, as I spoil them too much when we travel, but I'd bring my wife here, as we both like a good deal and this place delivers.

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. You can park next to your room to unload your belongings. Has a true old keys feel like back in the day not like those big resorts with all the bells and whistles.Close to Sombrero beach and many good restaurants like the Wooden Spoon and Sparkys Landing. Would stay again and recommend for a weekend getaway or two. Will be revisiting in the near future. Thanks again for the stay.🇺🇸😀
