The hostess Estrada did not provide keys or access to unit we had confirmation - she did not answer phone calls and did not reply to my email requesting clarification and room number - we informed her we arrive just before midnight and were left in Philippines without a room and all hotels in BGC were fully booked - had to pay $200 US for a hotel in Makati each night.
