"A beautiful hotel in Manila! You can expect a super helpful and genuinely caring staff. The lobby area was always clean and well-lit, with plenty of staff to help you with any needs. Anytime I came out of a taxi, the door greeter would ask if there were any issues with my ride or driver. The room was always refreshing when I came in from a long day in the Philippine weather. Fresh water, towels, slippers. You will never have an excuse to go hungry because they serve food in the cafe for breakfast/lunch and dinner at the gorgeous restaurant on the top of the hotel! Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Makati area. 10/10!"
