Right off the highway, that was nice. Not very clean. Trash in the parking lots too.

The hotel was not well kept, the rugs within the hotel were dirty upon arrival, the rugs throughout the hotel leading to the room were dirty, the actual hotel room had visible dirt on the walls, ceiling tiles were moist, towel rack was falling, the iron was leaking, Refrigerator not steady, visible wires falling out of wall that connected the extension cords that plugged the refrigerator, microwave and coffee machine. I did not eat the breakfast, nor did I use the pool or gym as I was too concerned with the cleanliness of the property. The power kept going out due to the storm (beyond property managers control) but do not stay if there is a storm in the forecast. Although it was in close proximity to restaurants, stores, gas station I would not stay here again.

We reserved a handicapped room. When we arrived we were told there were no handicapped rooms available. We were given another room and after moving our luggage, etc into the room we discovered there was no room for my husband's mobility scooter nor was there a chair for him to sit in. We went back to the front desk and were delayed approximately an hour while the clerk tried to locate a room. Finally moved into the room that was located way down a long hallway. The ice machine was located outside of our room with a sign that said it was out of order and to use the 4 or 5 floor ice machine. I went up to the 4th floor which was apparently under construction and was FILTHY! I spoke to the manager when checking out and she told me to contact Orbitz about a refund. I spoke to Orbitz who called the hotel and was refunded $20 which I found very disappointing for all the trouble.

I loved the staff so friendly and helpful. My room was just as the photo showed,. Didn't like the construction interference otherwise our stay was just perfect. Our first hotel in silver springs was horrible at the double tree Hilton downtown. I would never consider that franchise again . My family has always stayed at a Wyndham in state and out of state. We will be back soon Thank you for your kindness. Me. Wade

Glorified truck-stop! Lobby and cafe are bright and shiny until you get past double doors and walk into main part of hotel. Rooms old, with STICKY, musty carpeting and smelly hvac system. Bathroom had no ventilation and poor lighting. Ice maker on my floor not working, and other floors had leaking machines. Elevators slowwww and rickety. Didn’t feel safe at all.

no desk chair in spite of 3 requests. No shampoo after initial day.

I like the room how clean it was with all utilities for my need it tv with muchos chanels one important thing they serve a good breakfast.

I liked that there was a pool and a fitness center. I did not like that they were both not working at all.

The staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Very clean

Lobby business center printers were not connected. Could not print airplane boarding pass.

This is an older hotel that could use some upgrading. That being said it was very clean. The front desk staff needs some training in working with customers. I asked one clearly if they gave out change for the laundry and he said no. I asked him if there was a change machine and he said go ask the manager who was in the dining room. Later I called down to the same clerk and asked if I could extend my stay for the same rate and he said he’d call me back..... but he never did. So I checked out. Breakfast was so-so.
