This is a very comfortable and very clean home. There is are four living spaces—the living room, a screened in porch, a large outside deck, and a spacious basement family room. All the beds are very comfortable and each bedroom has a closet. The house has new windows, new appliances, new doors, new basement carpet, a beautiful bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets, kitchen utensils, blender, air fryer, toaster, snd new coffee maker). It’s a lovely home.

This home was perfect for our weekend stay on Madison. It was clean, comfortable, and very nicely updated. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. If our travels bring us back to Madison, we would definitely stay here again.

This house is beautiful and comfortable. Luke was an awesome host. He answered all our questions and even helped us get into the home early when we got into town earlier than anticipated. 10/10 recommend this home if you’re needing a place to stay in Madison!

Very Nice

It was the perfect property and location for celebrating our daughter's graduation with the family. The outdoor space with Weber grill was AWESOME. Only one bath/shower made things a bit interesting, but we managed just fine. Hard to go wrong here!

Modern stylish and convenient - Excellent stay

Loved this house. Luke has done a total remodel with premium finishes and fixtures. Lots of space, walking distance to the Monona pool, library and local shops restaurants and a gym. The house was sparkling clean and had everything we needed to cook many meals. 10/10 stay and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

Clean, perfect space for our group.

This nicely updated home was a great place for our mix of family and friends to hang out in while in town for the Badger/Gopher football game. Easy drive to Madison and other convenient stores/restaurants. Home was well supplied and very clean. Too cold for us to enjoy but the screen porch and big deck would be fun to enjoy in the warmer seasons.

Monona...!

We were in town for a couple days for our son's show (It's a Wonderful Life) at Mitby. Found this gem of a place to stay in Monona...! Well appointed, including an amazingly finished basement. Location served us very well and make sure to dine at Eno Vino. Luke was there for anything we needed and the space is thoroughly updated. Was a great stay for us...!!!

Trip to Madison

Luke is a great host and the house was very nice and clean. However the description says 1full bath and a half bath. The half bath is not quite what we expected and is really an extension of the laundry room in the basement which we’re not able to use at all.

Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsziele für Kinder wie auch für Erwachsene, die man mit dem Auto in circa 30 Minuten bis 1 Stunde Fahrt erreichen kann.

We stayed here and used it as a Homebase to visit family and explore the Madison area. It was very clean, had everything we needed, and looked just like the pictures. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Stayed here with our family of 6 for graduation. It was conveniently located to the university. The house was perfect - very clean , well stocked . We enjoyed the big deck overlooking the backyard . Bright and airy and we enjoyed it immensely! Thank you and we hope to be back again.

Christmas Holiday Stay

Our stay at this home was just as imagined. Would definitely stay there again. We were in town to be with our daughter for Christmas. Our other daughter and their uncle flew in for the holiday. The house is in a great location, and well appointed with everything we needed. Plenty of closet space for belongings to keep everything neat and orderly. The kitchen had everything we needed (but a potato masher ... our daughter brought that over). We had plenty of room for group to eat together, bake and enjoy time together. In the evening we went to the basement and played games and used the shuffleboard table (that was a bonus). The house has a huge fenced in yard, deck and screened in porch (this was great for coffee in the morning and to watch the snow fall. The bonus was that it was only a block from church for Christmas Eve mass. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Very nice.

Home away from home

The house was truly fantastic. Exceptionally clean, very well appointed and process was really easy. I work with my brother and had to come to a big event in town but all the hotels were booked. This served as the perfect spot to rest and catch up between meetings downtown. I loved the morning job through the neighborhood - really cute and safe. I would highly recommend staying here and will come back if in the area again.
