Comfortable place. Well within walking distance of what i need. Fairly safe and clean. Extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming staff.
Always a nice stay. Unfortunately due to COVID-19 there was no wonderful, hot breakfast and no pool or bar use, but I understand. The thing I didn't like was that there did not seem to be any security personnel. There seemed to be an awful lot of street people, drug addicts, and strange people hanging around the hotel which made me very uncomfortable. This was my 7th time staying there and I will definitely be back next month.
The staff was great and very helpful. My room was clean. The breakfast was good.
I appreciated the location of the property in regard to where I was staying. The food at the restaurant was really good as well. I was disappointed in the friendliness of the staff and the lack of someone at the front desk. Also--the bar/restaurant hours were limited. The towels and some of the bedding being used was stained and not typical of that of the Wyndham hotels I have been in previously. I was fairly disappointed.

Two lightbulbs burnt out in room. Mold on some caulking in tub. Staff at desk wonderful and helpful.
Bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners. Bathroom faucet was broken. Had to mess with it to stop running water. Main door into room would not automatically lock behind us when we would leave the room. We had to mess with it to assure it was locked
It was a big property so it was quiet however very inconvenient when your key stops working and you are on the opposite side of the building with no shortcut to the front desk
Location was great! Waited forever (4 hrs and multiple requests)) to get rollaway bed! Bathroom floor never got scrubbed. I know because I spilled coffee and let the drops dry to see if it would get cleaned! 😞 Microwave had spilled cheese from previous guests. Did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. Toilet dirty!
Great breakfast - really a wonderful deal. Huge pool, nice hottub, room was very comfortable. Easy and convenient location. Bar, poolroom, arcade. Main lobby is updated. The nicest, most helpful staff you could want. Some neglected maintenance through the years. Our room was very nice.
There are a lot of interior doors separating different blocks of rooms. The opening and closing of the doors is quite loud and frequent making it difficult to sleep.
Did not like the hotel. Property is dirty and very different from pictures.
This was the dumpiest, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! No customer service, and they charge $250 per night on a weekday nonetheless! Absolutely absurd!
Costumer service very nice and professional, the property old or not maintained. Smell really bad, smoke, carpet, vinegar, etc.
The breakfast and the gentleman running that area were both good. Everything else was poor. Pretty much everything and everyone else. Not clean. Not friendly. Somewhat scary. Key card didn’t work and I received no assistance when I politely asked at the front desk.
