It is a very nice, clean, conveniently located, safe place to stay. Friendly ataff, good, relaibek maid service, everything in the room worked well. I stay here often in LA. Area outside in neighborhood, csn be a little sketchy ,just be cautious, pay attention outside the property. A good positive experience.

Apparently the owner takes care of the property and is kind to his customers. It was a little loud at night but it is understandable considering its location

very bad neighborhood for a single, senior citizen female. The owner or manager was to forceful in trying to get payments and i did not feel comfortable.
