Paid here at Orbitz for my reservation, was charged an extra $104.53 when I used my card for incidentals. It was supposed to be the $50 holding but I was charged the price to stay there. So I was charged twice for the room and now getting the run around when calling the hotel to find out why I was charged. They even gave me someone’s cellphone number to call???

Clean, but needs some updates

Staff are friendly, hotel was clean and breakfast was good. The hotel and rooms could use updating and repair as elevator walls were chipping, bathroom had wall damage and the room lighting was substandard unless you like being in the dark/ dim. There was lamps, but given the rooms generous size the lighting was not nearly enough.

Convienent location, close to everything, shopping, and eating. When the hotel is full or an event in town, it gets a little dirty, outside trash cans are full or overflowing, our room had some dirty smudges in the bathroom on the walls that needed to be cleaned better.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms were great. We did use the pool but no towels… breakfast was amazing. If we come back for ball will stay again!

The front desk started it off wonky..Wanted to check in and then leave..didn’t even need in the room. They said they was still cleaning it. We waited 45 minutes before he even started the process. Then we finally do get to go to our room is really late, so we wanted to shower and sleep. Well there is no towels. In the entire hotel. No towels. They gave them all the pool people. Super frustrating. Breakfast was amazing tho! Good selection and it was hot. And the lady was super nice and kept it clean.
