Door of initial room showed prying marks around the door frame and handle. Staff allowed me to change rooms the following day. I was told the door was replaced.
This hotel is always clean, that says a lot about management. The breakfast area is always clean and the breakfast is actually good.
Hotel staff was pleasant! Room was clean. I was concerned that the “smoking” area was at the front entrance. Aside from that I enjoyed my stay.
