When we got there the owner said we were staying at the Seymour (next door). Having read the reviews I was a little sceptical, however, we couldn’t fault the hotel. Man on the front desk was helpful, room was decent for a family of 3, breakfast filled a hole! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were nice and helpful, it's at a very convenient location that bus, train and underground stations are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. Stayed in a twin room and found it a very clean room with very comfy beds. Usual facilities in the room with a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was basic but gave you the essentials. The area around the hotel was nice with shops and restaurants near by including Paddington station just round the corner. Will definitely stay again.
