Stayed 5 nights (repeat guest) and once again The Westpoint delivered. Convenient location a few mins walk from Paddington/Tube in a safe neighbourhood. All the staff are super friendly & helpful, the room clean as a whistle and the breakfast superb (missed having bacon though). I was able to work fron my room using the hotel Wifi mostly without issue though it does seem to get a little clogged presumsbly when a lot of guests are connecting, though a free wifi signal from a neighbouring hotel which was in range dolved that. Will definitely be staying again next time I am in London.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. No air-con but had a fan in my room, I know you can't do much about the weather being so hot! but may be worth considering to install in the future! Nice hotel in a great location to get about all areas of London.

Enjoyed the old world charm of the building and rooms but the room was much smaller than expected and it was very difficult to move around the room with luggage for 3 people. The hotel shower head was mounted too close to the wall and it was in a fixed position so it was difficult to angle under it to get full exposure to water spray for good shower cleaning experience.

Hotel located in ideal spot. Lots of shopping, food and the underground stations nearby. Easy access to the rest of the city. Staff was friendly. The warm breakfast was good, lots of choices for sweet/savoury or hot/cold. Internet access was atrocious. Did not seem to matter time of day or night, internet was incredible spotty. Not in a “I can’t watch a YouTube video” way, but in a “Google Maps won’t even load” kinda why. I ended using my personal data and had to purchase extra data while staying here.
