An extremely well run hotel in every respect. It is worth the price! From check in to check out a flawless experience. The new casual restaurant, Jean George, is a very good addition. Breakfast there is an experience.

Wonderful English style hotel that is intimate, private and luxurious. Excellent location. Room was extremely comfortable and quiet with marble baths. The staff are amazing by very high standards. Everytime I turned around, someone was there to help. Excellent meals with great service in the new opened Jean George restaurant. Best 5 star hotel experience I have had in a long time. This must be the best hotel in London!

Stayed at the Connaught for my birthday. We were upgraded from a Superior Junior suite to a suite complete with Butler. We had a complimentary bottle of very expensive champagne and a small birthday cake. The suite was huge and extremely comfortable. The bed was also huge and very comfy with lovely fluffy pillows. There were even 2 Burberry macs in the wardrobe to use if it rained. There was a huge bathroom with a separate bath and shower and a TV at the end of the bath. There was also a separate toilet as well as the one in the bathroom. This was a novelty to me as never experienced it before. We had lunch in Jean-Georges restaurant which was delicious. All the staff we came into contact with were professional but extremely friendly and helpful but not stuffy. I would recommend the hotel and will be returning again I hope in the future.

We spent a wonderful 24 hours at The Connaught to celebrate my husband's birthday and for a mini babymoon (we are expecting twins). From the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left the staff were so welcoming and attentive. From lovely touches such as two little teddy bears placed on the bed as a gift for the twins, to our room upgrade, a complimentary cake and fruit bowl to our room and a pregnancy pillow we felt like we were honoured guests ! The room was beautiful with extremely comfortable bed and oh so quiet ! We visited the spa and had expert therapists who gave excellent massages. We also had a wonderful dining experience at Helene Darroze where the good and service were both excellent. This hotel is 5* in every sense.

I stayed for a short night and i am already planing my next visit after the summer! Efficient arrival experience, super bubbly staff, top quality staff that provided bespoke service at all the time. Jean George is a fantastic great discover it was sensational. Cant wait to be back!

Before The Connaught became my preferred hotel in London, I've been fortunate to stay in most of the city's premium hotels including Brown's, Cafe Royal, Claridges, Corinthia, Dorchester, Lanesborough, Langham, Savoy and 41. If you're looking for the best hotel in the Capital, you've found it here. Charmingly British, with a beautiful mix of classic and contemporary. Exceptionally well appointed & maintained, excellent levels of service, and a great location (in peaceful Mayfair, yet minutes from the busy shopping areas). Very comfortable beds. Two excellent bars, delicious breakfasts (incl the best vegetarian sausages I've tasted) and a great new addition with Jean Georges restaurant - complementing the already well established Helene Darozze. From your first stay it's excellent, but for a regular guest - once they've noted your preferences - their attention to detail is almost unbelievable. A few examples being my preference of sparkling instead of still water being placed in the suite, and the restaurant knowing my favourite breakfast order. Attention to detail is excellent on each interaction - again, a small example.... on requesting iron & ironing board, the gent delivering it asked if I was right or left handed in order to set it up correctly. So trivial for many, but such a nice touch which for me epitomises such an excellent hotel. With each stay The Connaught just gets better and better. Book yourself a stay!

Stunning hotel, extremely comfy bed which provided a restful night. Staff are welcoming but not intrusive. Rooms are quiet, despite having Mayfair on your doorstep. Highly recommend bars in hotel. Cocktail menus give a time line of the cocktail - from punch to appletini!

We had a business lunch in the newly refurbished restaurant. that created by the world-renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. The experience for start to finish was just outstanding. The food was just a delight with flavour,s that just burst into life just outstanding. The staff were very attentive but did not rush our hassle you and gave a brief explanation about the food that was served.

I thought easier to share with you my letter that I sent following the most wonderful stay: I wanted to write and thank you for the most wonderful stay on Saturday 12th August and for arranging our early check in, Champagne and lovely room upgrade for my Birthday. I may have mentioned, for the last however many years I have been a regular to your bar and for afternoon tea, but have never been lucky enough to stay. Well I have to tell you, it was worth the wait! It was like being a child again, the excitement, and the Service were just faultless, I really haven’t had that feeling going to a hotel since I was a child. The check in was the best experience I have ever experienced at a hotel (and I turned 40 on Saturady, so that is saying something!), your staff on that check in desk really are the most wonderful people. We were shown to our most wonderful room and we were just gushing with excitement as to how wonderful it was. The chilled bottle of champagne almost had me crying tears of joy! It was such a lovely thing to do along with the kind note. We ordered room service, and when the waiter realized it was my birthday, came back with the most delicious cake. Thank you! We reluctantly checked out in the morning and felt sad all day at the fact we had to leave! So much so we came back at 5pm and checked in again for a 2nd night!! I will never stay anywhere else in London ever again. Our stay was truly faultless and ALL of your staff just made it for us, they were all so wonderful. I cannot wait for my next stay!

After visiting Helene Darroze twice this year, we decided to try the Connaught hotel, my wife and I were very impressed by the service. The staff were professional and friendly and they were making you feel like at home. Both bars are very comfortable with great atmosphere and we did enjoy a lot the martini trolley. I would like to highlight again Helene's restaurant who does provide an amazing food and service experience. The food was perfect as usual and the service was well orchestrated. Thank you to the team to make our 15th anniversary celebration so special!
