I had a great stay. The view from the apartment was amazing and really stood out. The place was spotless, spacious, and very well furnished with a clean, modern style. All the appliances were modern and easy to use, and everything I needed was already there. The internet was good and reliable. The location was excellent and felt very safe. It was well connected to London hotspots via the Tube, DLR, and the Elizabeth line, with shops, restaurants, and attractions close by. Customer service was excellent throughout the stay.

Everything about the property was excellent, except for the difficulty in communicating with the owner. In fact, the management seemed unable to contact them as well. We arrived early on Saturday morning but couldn't enter the building until one of the guests let us in. We called the provided number, but no one answered. After a while, a lady arrived and informed us that we couldn't enter our apartment until 3 o'clock, and that she was unable to reach the owners to request early access. On the other hand, the cleaning crew knocked on the door promptly at 12 for checkout
