Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Overpriced and not as expected

We were quite disappointed to the quality and service provided by this hotel. All curtains were loosen and made them unable to slide on the rails. The taps were also not in adequate condition which resulted in non-stop water dripping. This is not really acceptable to charge such a high price for this “hotel”. Besides, there is a pub/bar right down the flat we were staying and we had experienced the noise and disputes from the crowd. The situation was even worse since we had to open the windows in order to allow inflow of fresh air as there is no air conditioning in the flat.
