The location of the property was as expected with the furniture clean. The description did not mention parking or assistance with this so it was annoying to find out that you can park outside on the single yellow during certain times - neighbours park there though knowing it is a rental. Our biggest disappointment was the kitchen which was not fully equipped. No microwave, toaster, tea towels, oven dishes, frying pan, chopping board, standard utensils etc. We planned on having Christmas lunch there and booked the accommodation instead of a hotel as it had a kitchen - there was little crockery and cups etc also which without a dishwasher made for regular washing up. The bathroom fan was noisy, front door mortice lock difficult and the heating set to unbearable initially. It would not take much to address these issues and we have since found out that these have been raised before which is annoying.
