Great little hotel just minutes from Paddington No lift but friendly staff on hand to help carry the bags upstairs. Room small and shower smaller but impeccably clean with fab towels and toiletries. Will be back!

Got an upgrade, which was so appreciated . Location is perfect. Easy access to lots of different neighbourhoods. Rooms are dated. Front desk isn’t consistently staffed but the sister hotel of Westbourne Hyde Park is directly across the street. Once the car traffic dies down, it’s extremely quiet given how central it is. Local cafes and restos are convenient and good.

Hotel is quite run down. With markings over walls and so bad in the room that you could see the plaster board. Was clean but certain amenities such as the kettle we couldn't use as so rusty. Pillows are super thin but overall was an okay stay for one night

Wonder gem of a hotel!

Our stay at this boutique hotel was fantastic! The room, while small, is equipped with everything you need. The shower was perfect after a long day of travel. The Molton Brown amenities were an added bonus. And the location cannot be beat. We can recommend the restaurant down the block - The Taste of India, as well as the pub across from Hyde Park, The Swan, as well as the Cleveland Arms. We would absolutely stay here again!
A few people mentioned the stairs. There are a lot of them, so if you cannot do stairs, definitely mention that in your booking!
