Hotel was not clean carpet dirty Once we got the room there were no soaps in the bathroom and in last day there is no water in the room or bathroom it was not the good experience to stay. I wish they can refund our stay.

The staff were most helpful and a very nice atmosphere pervaded the hotel. We were particularly impressed by the chef steaming fish for us so one of us could avoid having any fats at all. (Steamed fish was not on the menu but he modified it for us.) The room was basic but fine. The parking is very tight.

Very pleasant staff on reception when we arrived. Dealt with courteously and quickly. Had a family room for 4 adults, had four very comfortable, but for me too soft beds, a nice but compact ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and tea/ coffee facilities. As a whole it was a very pleasant room to stay, and the only minor minor thing was the wifi was a bit intermittent. Must also mention the breakfast, what a feast it is, a complete buffet of hot and cold breakfast totally magnificent.

The room was smaller than we expected, as we booked a double suite. It was also quite dated with old sash windows which meant you could hear the road & those outside very clearly. Couldn’t fault the staff or breakfast. Great location for the O2 with a bus stop just across the road.

With its aged charm and friendly staff this was a very nice place to stay, walking distance from train. The breakfast was a delight ! Staff were very timely in seating us and we enjoyed the local sausages especially ! We stayed to attend a show in town and would book a stay again when we next visit town !
