Great location. Malfunctioning shower. Scalding hot the first morning, unresponsive to regulation. Manager offered advice on fidgeting with boiler controls (not really part of the “vacation” experience but okay). Second day, water is ice cold, also unresponsive to regulation). More advice from manager about boiler, which makes no sense. So we spent part of our time watching YouTube videos about how to operate the boiler. Finally on third day, manager sends plumber so all is good on morning of fourth day with no further issues. Manager does not discount us for two days that were problematic. On the other hand, location is great and manager was responsive.
