This is a real low-cost find in London. Clean, safe and well-located, we have stayed here several times and loved it. Patio was a wonderful extra and the neighborhood has lots of newer restaurants that we especially enjoyed.

Lovely place to stay. Central, close to the train stations, quiet street, nice staff. The single patio room I booked was perfect. It was small but had everything I needed, including a table and chairs outside where I drank my coffee in the morning, listening to the birds singing. It was very clean despite being a little bit dated. The small double bed was comfy even although I could feel some of the springs and it rolled to one side. I had a good sleep and the building was quiet. I would definitely stay there again.
